The concentrated coastal engineering change the dynamic environment of the tidal flat, and the exploitation of oil, natural gas and groundwater results in surface subsidence in the coastal area. In addition, sea level rise and the accompanied increase of storm surge frequency and intensity, will strengthen the erosional process, reduce the tidal flat area, coarsen the sediment, made the slope steep, and cause other environmental effects.

人类活动的环境效应对渤海潮滩发育的作用越来越明显，环渤海地区密集的海岸工程将改变原始的潮滩动力环境；石油、天然气、地下水的开采会导致海岸带发生地面沉降；海平面上升以及与其相伴随的风暴潮作用频率与强度的增加都将会使渤海潮滩的侵蚀过程加强、潮滩面积缩小、滩面物质粗化、坡度变陡，并产生一系列的相关的环境效应。

From the sea ice motion data extracted from the MODIS and AVHRR images, it is found that the sea ice motion in the Bohai Sea is effected not only by prevailing winds but also by topographic steering, ocean currents and internal ice stresses. The extracted sea ice drift is similar to observed ice drift, and can clearly show the sea ice drift in the Marginal Ice Zone especially. It can compensate for the limitation of the local or single station observation.

利用MODIS和NOAA/AVHRR资料获取的渤海冰速资料的综合分析显示：渤海海冰运动，除受盛行风控制外，还受到复杂的海岸地形、流和冰内应力的共同作用，所得到的大范围海冰运动规律和多年历史观测资料分析结果基本一致，并清楚地显示了冰边缘带海冰运动的特征，弥补了局地、单站海冰观测的局限性。

In view of the rheological property of the heavy oil in Bo-hai field, this paper deduces the multilateral wells'production model of Non-Newtonian Bingham fluid with equiangular transformation method. In view of the multilateral wells Bo-hai, the paper analyses the multilateral wells'capitalized cost composition, including pre-drilling engineering, drilling engineering, completion engineering and production engineering. It also constructs the multilateral wells'economic benefit models basing on net present value, inner rate of return and payback period.

总结前人的研究成果和开展一系列的室内实验，在渤海—北半球纬度最低的结冰海域，于2003/2004、2004/2005 连续两个冬季以单层平整冰为目标开展实验研究一年生海冰的冰体本质光谱特征，在固定冰盘上以实验手段摒除各种光谱干扰因素，在自然条件下建立170 个生长条件近似、生长期不同的样本系列；于 2004/2005、2005/2006 连续两个冬季通过破冰船深入渤海采集59 个具有非冰体本质因素的海冰样本，开展悬沙对冰体反射光谱的影响研究；于2005/2006 冬季，针对沿岸固定冰开展光谱测量和分析研究。
