The metal mold design now adopt a form of one mole but six cayities ,this way can improve the efficiency;the mold's joint face is the ball's neutral plane,that makes the mold opened convenient;In the gating,the runner and the riser is the same ,and this design adopt scum riser,that make sure a better routing and make sure the casting's feeding;the mold use gravity to lockwasher itself;the core's material is quartz sand,and spread high tempearature resistant dope on it;In the design, same taper in the guide bush of the core box is needed to make sure open the mold easily;The insert blocks of the core box are made by numercial control processing,this way reduce the cost of production; the scale division positioner make sure the same specification has better interchangeability,also,as all the machining can be finished on the general machine tool,it make the cost low,so it can be spreaded abundant in the medium and minor enterprise;when workout the mold's processing technology,this design adopt the rough's two end plane as benchmark,the ball cavities are machined by scale division positioner;then use Autocad,Pro/e to draw planar and three dimension blueprint,use Pro/e to make three-dimensional animation.

Numerical experimental results showed that the perimeter air deflectable deposited burner could ensure the flame stability to satisfy combustion requirements under low load and can prevent spout fire carrying, low concentration of particle matters around the water-wall ensures the water-wall to be in oxidation atmosphere to solve problems of high temperature erosion and slagging, and particle matters separated from main spray caused by deflectable deposited perimeter air plays a significant role in low NO combustion control.

数值试验结果表明，偏置周界风燃烧器在保证煤粉气流着火稳定性以满足低负荷燃烧要求的同时，具备较强的防止喷口带火能力；炉内水冷壁附近颗粒物质量分数相对较小，从而能保证较高的氧化性氛围以解决水冷壁高温腐蚀、结渣等问题；偏置周界风所引起的炉内气固两相偏析在低NO燃烧控制方面具有重要意义。

A method for designing the perimeter air deflectable deposited combustor combining advantages and disadvantages of perimeter air, side air and blunt technique was proposed to solve problems of primary air fire carrying, high temperature erosion, slagging and low load flame instability in the large scale power plant boiler.

针对大型电站锅炉存在一次风喷口带火、高温腐蚀、水冷壁结渣、要求低负荷稳燃等问题，结合周界风、侧边风、钝体技术在不同方面的优缺点，提出了偏置周界风燃烧器设计方法。

The numerical experimental result indicated that perimeter air deflectable deposited burner could ensure the flame stability, prevent spout fire carrying and promote low pollutant emission combustion.

结果表明偏置周界风燃烧器在保证煤粉气流着火稳定性同时，具备较强的防止喷口带火能力及低NOx燃烧能力，并能够保证了水冷壁附近处于相对较高的氧化性氛围，从而解决水冷壁高温腐蚀、结渣等问题。
