Numerical experimental results showed that the perimeter air deflectable deposited burner could ensure the flame stability to satisfy combustion requirements under low load and can prevent spout fire carrying, low concentration of particle matters around the water-wall ensures the water-wall to be in oxidation atmosphere to solve problems of high temperature erosion and slagging, and particle matters separated from main spray caused by deflectable deposited perimeter air plays a significant role in low NO combustion control.

数值试验结果表明，偏置周界风燃烧器在保证煤粉气流着火稳定性以满足低负荷燃烧要求的同时，具备较强的防止喷口带火能力；炉内水冷壁附近颗粒物质量分数相对较小，从而能保证较高的氧化性氛围以解决水冷壁高温腐蚀、结渣等问题；偏置周界风所引起的炉内气固两相偏析在低NO燃烧控制方面具有重要意义。

A method for designing the perimeter air deflectable deposited combustor combining advantages and disadvantages of perimeter air, side air and blunt technique was proposed to solve problems of primary air fire carrying, high temperature erosion, slagging and low load flame instability in the large scale power plant boiler.

针对大型电站锅炉存在一次风喷口带火、高温腐蚀、水冷壁结渣、要求低负荷稳燃等问题，结合周界风、侧边风、钝体技术在不同方面的优缺点，提出了偏置周界风燃烧器设计方法。

The numerical experimental result indicated that perimeter air deflectable deposited burner could ensure the flame stability, prevent spout fire carrying and promote low pollutant emission combustion.

结果表明偏置周界风燃烧器在保证煤粉气流着火稳定性同时，具备较强的防止喷口带火能力及低NOx燃烧能力，并能够保证了水冷壁附近处于相对较高的氧化性氛围，从而解决水冷壁高温腐蚀、结渣等问题。

The chemical activating mechanism of UA is that CG can stimulate pozzolanicity more effective than gypsum because of higher solubility and looser crystal structure; but CG has poor property on retardation setting, and this shortage can be solved by mixing with gypsum; CS can offer alkali activity, which can depolymerize silica and aluminum glass, and benefit for other activity methods and overcome the disadvantage of HF on setting time; Sodium sulfate improves early strength greatly but loses the final strength. NF can improve both early and final strengths.

联合激发技术的化学激发机理是，煅烧石膏溶解度高及晶体结构松弛，比天然石膏的活性激发效率高，但降低石膏的缓凝作用，与天然石膏混合既可提高活性又能保持缓凝作用；干法电石渣提供碱激发，促进高钙灰中硅、铝玻璃体解聚，并克服高钙灰对凝结时间的不利影响；硫酸钠虽然早强作用明显，但使后期强度倒缩，NF使各龄期活性都得到提高；磨细的物理激发使高钙灰大颗粒中的CaO和富集碳组分被磨细、分散，活性增加而危害性降低。

本文通过对理论界关于烧结法生产氧化铝脱硅原理的研究，结合国内主要氧化铝生产厂家脱硅实践方面的经验，针对山东铝业公司烧结法氧化铝生产脱硅工序的现状，运用间接加热连续脱硅、钠硅渣分离深度脱硅和HCAC法高效脱硅三项科研成果，对原有的三次脱硅工艺改为二次脱硅工艺。

Some factors to influence the silicon content of hot metal were proposed on the basis of the experiment in the lab: increasing the binary basicity is favorable to desiliconization; the oxide in slag debases the silicon activity and is of great advantage to desiliconization; Al2O3 and SiO2 are disadvantageous to desiliconization, the volatilization content of SiO2 in coke increases with increasing smelting temperature, leading to increase the silicon content of hot metal; the silicon content of hot metal increases with increasing the drip zone's altitude.

在实验室进行了降低铁水中硅含量的实验，得到了铁水中硅含量的影响因素：提高二元碱度有利于降硅；增加渣中氧化物可降低SiO2的活度有利于降硅；Al2O3和SiO2不利于降硅；冶炼时焦炭中SiO2的挥发量随温度的升高而增多，使铁水中硅含量增加；随着滴落带高度的增加，铁水中硅含量不断增加。

Based on the production data of desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulfurization in torpedo car , the additional desiliconization, treatment efficiency of dephosphorization and desulfurization, temperature drop and oxygen ratio is analyzed, and the effect of less slag converter refining with the desiliconized,dephosphorized and desulfurized hot metal is also presented.

The author analyzed total oxygen content, nitrogen content in steel made by typical process and the inclusion composition, change rule, morphology and distribution qualitatively and quantitatively by image analyzer, big sample electrolysis, SEM and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that final inclusion form was small granule MnS, calcium aluminate, a small quantity of silicate and lumpy Al2O3. By intensifying deoxidation alloying process control in converter, argon blowing and slagging control and desulphuration and calcium reduction operation in refining course and overall-protection casting, the oxygen content was reduced by 20% above averagely, nitrogen content was reduced by about 10% and the inclusion content was reduced by 30%.

通过全O、N分析，夹杂物图像分析仪、大样电解、扫描电镜及能谱分析，定性和定量分析了典型工艺钢种钢中全O、N含量和工序过程夹杂物的构成、变化规律及形态、分布，分析钢中最终夹杂物表现形式主要为小颗粒的MnS、铝酸钙、少量的硅酸盐和块状Al2O3，通过强化转炉脱氧合金化工艺控制、精炼过程吹氩与造渣控制及脱硫和钙处理操作、全程保护浇注，钢水中O含量平均降低20％以上，N含量降低10％左右，铸坯中夹杂物含量降低了30％。
