The volatility and melting uniformity of premelted fluxes and mixed powder was studied mainly on fluoric slag for steelmaking of mould powder base and CaO-CaF〓 based refining slag in the paper.

本文以连铸保护渣基料及CaO-CaF〓基炉外精炼渣两大炼钢含氟渣系为主，对预熔型和混合型两种形态渣的挥发性和熔化均匀性进行了研究。

When when Ar gas is wrapped by insufflate steel, bubble generates inside steel fluid, ascendant bleb is pounded by fits and break through broken bits layer,; of generation slag blister at the same time, broken bits layer produces wave motion, fluctuant frequency increases as the addition of Ar throughput.

The results show that when the mass ratio of sodium jarosite residue to anthracite is 5∶1, reduction roast lasts at 800℃for 0.5 h, leaching is carried out at 70℃for 40 min by 0. 5 mol/L H2SO4 with liquid-solid ratio of 7∶1, 93% of both iron and nickel can be leached out.

The decomposition of ammonium jarosite bearing indium in NaOH medium were studied. The effects of NaOH addition, liquid-solid ratio, decomposition temperature and time on the decomposition ratio of ammonium jarosite were investigated, respectively, and the behavior of impurity elements, such as Zn, In, Cu, Cd, Pb, As, Sb, Sn and Ag in jarosite residues was also discussed.

摘 要：提出NaOH分解含铟铁矾渣新工艺，考察NaOH用量、液固比、温度和时间对铁矾渣分解率的影响，并讨论铁矾渣中杂质金属，如Zn、In、Cu、Cd、Pb、As、Sb、Sn和Ag等在NaOH分解过程中的行为。

DSC-TGA thermal analysis and XRD characterization results demonstrate that Fe is precipitated as Fe3O4 during alkaline decomposition of jarosite. The contents of Fe, In and Zn in decomposition residue are 38.81%, 0.23% and 12.89%, respectively. After selective leaching of In and Zn with dilute HCl solution, the iron concentrates obtained from magnetic separation can be used as raw material for iron smelting.

DSC-TGA热分析和X射线衍射分析结果表明：在NaOH分解过程中，铁矾渣中的铁主要以Fe3O4形式沉淀入渣；分解渣中Fe、In和Zn的含量分别为38.81%、0.23%和12.89%；经稀盐酸选择性浸出铟和锌后，进一步磁选富集可作为炼铁原料。

Drilling and mucking is the way that gold is taken from the ground. A mucker is a machine that gets the rock out of the ground and moves broken rock onto a conveyor belt. A hand mucker is a man who shovels ore and unwanted rock out of a mine.

The particle has been made by use of the leaching residue ,savageness and kaolin as raw materials. The mass quality proportions are as follow: the leaching residue is 66%, kaolin is 21%,vermiculite is 13%.

取得的主要成果有： 1、分别以氨浸渣和酸浸渣为主要原料、天然高岭土为粘结剂、天然蛭石为膨胀剂成功制备了浸出渣颗粒。

By experimenting with solid-liquid separator in the treatment of sewage before it is discharged on three large scale pig farms, we come to the conclusion that solid-liquid separator is effective in gathering dung sullage, with about 2.9 t/h and the water content less than 55%. 为了了解FZ-12固液分离机前处理效果，对3个规模化猪场进行污水前处理试验，结果表明，FZ-12固液分离机能有效地收集粪渣，平均收集量为2.9t／h左右，粪渣含水率〈55％，对猪场污水的TS、COD和BOD平均去除率分别达到82.4％、77.5％和73.5％，应用该机处理猪场污水，增加相关投资约人民币5.3万元，收集的粪渣出售后，扣除运行成本，年可增收税利约人民币4.5万元，投资回报率达84.9%，约1.18年可收回投资，因此，应用FZ-12固液分离机处理猪场污水，具有广阔的应用前景。
