Aiming at some defects and shortages existing in conventional deferrization processes,such as jarosite,goethite and spray processes,in zinc hydrometallurgy process and using new movements abroad for reference,the study on new technology for removing iron by phosphate has been carried out and satisfactory results have been achieved.

针对湿法炼锌过程中，常规的铁矾法、喷淋法等除铁工艺存在渣量大、周期长、能耗高以及渣二次污染等缺陷和不足，并借鉴国外除铁新动向，进行了磷酸盐除铁法的试验研究，获得了较满意的结果。

The results show that the decomposition rate of ammonium jarosite can reach 98.03% under the following optimum conditions, which are m m=0.381 41, temperature 60 ℃, liquid-solid ratio 21, reaction time 2 h. During the alkaline decomposition, the impurity elements, such as Zn, In, Cu, Cd, Pb, Sb, Sn and Ag are left in the residue, while As is leached into the pregnant solution as AsO43 with leaching rate of 83.36%.

结果表明：在 m m=0.381 41、温度60 ℃、液固比21、反应时间2 h的最优条件下，铁矾渣的分解率达到98.03%，而原料中的杂质金属，如Sn、Sb、Zn、In、Cu、Cd、Pb和Ag等绝大部分留在分解渣中，As则以AsO43的形态大部分进入溶液，浸出率达到83.36%。

This paper studies the neutralize agent for zinc hydrometallurgy of jarosite process,analyses advantage and disadvantage of NH_4HCO_3 and calcine as jarosite precipitation neutralize agent,points out if used calcine removed zinc ferrite as neutralize agent,than can cut the cost and reduce zinc content in slag.

The results indicate that, in either single or double blowing, larger erosion rate is mainly found in the slag line and near purging plug area of ladle lining; erosion is accelerated when gas flow rate increases; the erosion rate of ladle lining with double blowing is larger than that of single blowing; erosion rate distribution is obviously different as gas flow rate increases; in heavy blowing, serious erosion centers around slag line area and expands gradually outwards; as purging plug gets close to lining wall, malconformation of erosion rate in ladle lining becomes more prominent and the erosion rate of lining near purging plug increases.

结果表明，无论单吹还是复吹，较大的蚀损速率主要分布在钢包渣线及近透气砖区域，吹气量的增大会加速钢包内衬的蚀损。采用复吹时，钢包内衬的蚀损较单吹时更快。随着吹气参数的改变，钢包内衬蚀损速率的分布状况差异明显。大吹气量下，较大的蚀损集中在渣线区域且呈环向扩展；透气砖安装距包壁越近，钢包内衬蚀损不均衡性也越突出，近透气砖内衬蚀损加重。
