The watermelons, the citrullus lamtus or the stems and leaves thereof are taken as raw materials, and the extracting process comprises the following steps: firstly, the raw materials are washed clean and broken to separate the watermelon peel from the watermelon pulp for respectively extracting juice; the two juices are mixed, and micro-filtration and ultra-filtration are carried out to remove insoluble substances and macromolecular substances; and then reverse osmosis and nano-filtration are carried out to obtain the filtrate; the pH value of the filtrate is regulated and then a macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin column is added; and then ammonia water is taken as an eluant for isocratic elution; the eluent obtained is decompressed, distilled, deaminized, discolored, condensed and crystallized to obtain a white crystalline product of the natural L-citrulline extracted from the watermelons.

本发明方法以西瓜、打瓜或者其茎叶为原料，其过程为：首先将原料清洗干净，破碎后将西瓜皮西瓜瓤分开，分别进行榨汁；所得汁液合并，经过微滤和超滤除去不容物和大分子物质；然后再经反渗透和纳滤过滤；透过液调节pH值后通入大孔型强酸性阳离子交换树脂柱；然后以氨水做洗脱剂进行等度洗脱；将洗脱液减压蒸馏脱氨，脱色，浓缩结晶，得到西瓜提取天然L-瓜氨酸白色结晶产品。

The toxicity of spent potliner is discussed in this paper according to the research on main constitutes,microstructure,tiny section components,ash content and hydrating reactivity of SPL. The result indicates that the toxicity of SPL mostly rests with its leaching toxicity,contaminates in SPL are mainly dissolving fluorides and cyanides,these contaminates mostly come from electrolyze which infiltrate into the potliner and cause erosion,contents of dissolving F— and CN— in SPL are far more than the permitted discharge in national standard. SPL, which seriously does harm to eco-environment is classified as hazardous solid waste and should be detoxified as soon as possible.

本文从废槽内衬的物相组成、微观形貌、微区成分、灰分、水化反应性五方面研究了废槽内衬的危害性，结果表明，废槽内衬的危害性主要在于其浸出毒性，毒害物质主要是可溶氟化物和氰化物，毒害物质主要来自于电解质对内衬的渗透、侵蚀，废槽内衬中可溶F—和CN—的浓度远远高于国家标准规定的允许排放量，因此废槽内衬被认定为固体危险废弃物，严重危害生态环境，必须进行无害化处理。

Based on the deterioration mechanism of corrosive medium, a lot of polymer such as ternary-polymer, adding-felt addition, hydrophobe and polypropylene fiber were added to enhance the performance of anti-corrosion, anti-penetration, conglutination and anti-cracking of original cementious material. The microstrure of cementious material was changed from the simplex hydration product of cement to the superposition structure of the hydrolysate of polymer and the hydration product of cement. A lot of the corrosive ions were prevented from the interior of concrete by this stable structure. The results of tryout indicated that the mending material has the good effect at the corrosion form of corrosive medium.

根据介质腐蚀形式的劣化机理，该文以提高修补材料耐腐蚀性能、抗渗透性能、粘结性能和抗裂性能为出发点，采用添加有机硅改性三元共聚物、增粘剂、孔隙憎水剂等多种聚合物和聚丙烯纤维对原水泥基材料进行改性，使得修补材料的内部微观结构从单纯的水泥水化产物转变成聚合物和水泥水化产物叠合的空间网状结构，这种稳定的结构能有效抵抗各种介质离子的侵蚀，在实际工程上的试用也显示出新修补材料良好的使用效果。
