In this paper, finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the thermal conductivity and pressureless infiltration technique is used to produce aluminum infiltrated silicon carbide composite with high volume fraction of SiC. The influence of interfacial thickness and temperature on thermal conductivity and CTE have been investigated and analysed.

本文采用有限元软件ANSYS对铝渗碳化硅复合材料的有效热导率进行了数值模拟，用无压浸渗法制备了高体积分数的铝渗碳化硅复合材料，研究了界面层厚度和温度等对铝渗碳化硅复合材料的热导率和热膨胀系数的影响，并进行了分析。

The thesis establish some columns which filled with garbage in LiuLiTun landfill, compared with anaerobic, we make the leachate which from new garbage recirculate under the aerobic circumstance, and measure the normal water index, so as to look for the impact of recirculation treatment on landfill leachate.

本论文通过在北京市海淀区六里屯卫生填埋场内设置垃圾填埋模拟柱，对新鲜垃圾产生的渗滤液进行好氧和厌氧两种条件下的循环回灌，并对好氧和厌氧两种情况下回灌前后渗滤液的产生量、常规水质指标等分别进行监测和分析，比较好氧和厌氧两种情况下回灌处理技术对城市垃圾渗滤液的处理效果，探讨好氧条件对渗滤液进行回灌处理的工艺机理，找出好氧回灌的工艺参数。

According to the morphological characteristics of cementite lamellae, the deformed pearlite can be divided into three kinds: irregularly bent lamella (pearlite lamella originally inclined with large angles to the rolling plane and irregularly bent after deformation); coarse lamellae with shear-band (the rhomboidal blocks of weakly deformed lamella bounded by shear band) and fine lamella (heavily deformed lamella aligned parallel to the rolling direction with fine interlamellar spacing).

按渗碳体形态特点，变形珠光体组织可分为以下3种类型：(1)不规则弯曲片层型，即变形后的渗碳体与轧制面呈大角度偏离且不规则弯曲的珠光体。(2)带有剪切带的粗大片层型，即被渗碳体剪切带分开且变形轻微的珠光体。(3)精细片层型，即与轧制方向平行排列、片间距细小且渗碳体严重变形的珠光体。

Micro-model experiment of three true sandstone models were completed, experiment results showed that Pucheng Sasan reservoir core flooding types are watercourse and network, the forms of residual oil are slick and winding flow, flat waterflood maximum efficiency is high-permeability model, follows by middle-permeability model, low-permeability model worst.

完成了高中低渗三块平面真实砂岩微观水驱油实验，实验结果表明濮城沙三储层岩心驱替类型表现为水道和网状水驱，形成的残余油以油膜和绕流为主，平面水驱效率中渗模型最高，高渗模型次之，低渗模型最差。

Sulfide layer was made on the surface of high speed steel (W6Mo5Cr4V2) by means of low temperature ion sulfurization. The tribological properties of the sulfide layer under dry sliding were investigated on an MM 200 friction and wear test rig. An atomic force microscope and a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer attachment were adopted to analyze the morphologies and compositions of the original and worn surfaces of the sulfide layer. The phase structure of the sulfide layer was determined by X ray diffraction.

采用低温离子渗硫工艺在 W6 Mo5 Cr4 V2高速钢表面制备了硫化物固体润滑层，在 MM- 2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机上对渗硫层的摩擦学性能进行了干摩擦试验研究，用原子力显微镜及扫描电子显微镜和 X射线光电子能谱分析渗层表面、截面、磨面的形貌及成分，用 X射线衍射仪分析了渗硫层相结构。

The results showed that: During the process of ion sulphurization, the main formation mechanism of sulphide layer is that the elemental sulphur diffuses inward the substrate along its defects, the composition of substrate has a certain effect on the formation process of sulphide layer.

结果表明：在离子渗硫过程中，渗硫层的形成是以硫沿基体缺陷向内部扩渗为主导机制，基体成分对渗硫层的形成过程有一定影响。

Based on the research results, the shot peening+ion sulphurization and ion nitriding+ion sulphurization duplex treatments were used to treat the steel surfaces, the effect of sulphide layer could be further developed.

Sulfide layers were made on the surface of AISI 1045 and SAE 52100 steels by means of low temperature ion sulphurization process. The tribological properties of the sulfide layers were investigated on an SRV reciprocating tester under dry and paraffin oil lubricated conditions. SEM equipped with EDAX and XRD were adopted to analyze the morphology and structure of the sulfide layers. The morphologies and composition of the wear scars were also analyzed.
