结果 2组临床有效率、溃疡愈合状况、血糖指标等比较差异无显著意义(p＞0.05)。清热利湿药物联合抗生素在改善糖尿病足麻木、疼痛、皮温、皮色、踝/肱指数等方面优于单用抗生素(p＜0.05)。2组治疗前后足背动脉搏动方面疗效不确切。除了部分轻、中度患者病情波动外，治疗期间均有良好的耐受。结论在治疗糖尿病足感染方面，清热利湿方与通常应用的抗生素疗效相近，在改善症状方面优于抗生素。
