The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different doses o f dietary fiber of Tremella fuciformis Berk on lipid metabolism and inte stinal physiology in rats fed diets containing 1% cholesterol and 0.2% cholica cid. Forty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups in a 2× 3 factorial design and were fed diets containing different doses (0%、5% or 10 %) of dietary fiber of TFB, with and without antibiotics 0.7g/100g of Nebaci tin (bacitracin: neomycin sulfate = 2:1,w/w) for 4 weeks. The parameters analyz ed included liver and serum lipid concentration , serum and caecal content of short chain fatty acids ,fecal neutral steroids and total bile acids content.T he results showed that rats fed the diet with antibiotics had lower levels ofs hort chain fatty acids in serum and caecal content than rats fed diet withouta ntibiotics.

中文摘要本研究乃欲探讨在有高胆固醇饮食条件下，摄取不同量的白木耳膳食纤维及添加抗生素对大白鼠脂质代谢及肠道生理的影响。42只 Wistar 品系雄鼠(重约260g)，随机分为六组，每组饲料中均添加 1%胆固醇及 0.2%胆酸，并以添加或不添加抗生素[ 0.7g Nebacitin(bacitracin：neomycin sulfate=2：1，w/w)/100g dry matter] 、白木耳膳食纤维量(0%、5%或 10%)作 2×3 factorial 之实验设计，实验期四周，分析血清及肝脏中脂质浓度，血清及盲肠内容物短链脂肪酸浓度，以及粪便中总中性固醇，总胆酸的含量。

Results showed that optimal conditions for high content of ergothioneine were moisture content at 40%, temperature at 30℃and polished adlay as medium, cubation 17 days (574.0 mg/kg dw), biomass was 139.0 mg/g dw.

Results When the culture medium was supplemented with 0 .05μg/ml sodium selenite,the proliferation of transformed cells was significant ly promoted and the transformation did not change remarkably,when supplemented w ith 0.25μg/ml,the proliferation was promoted but the transformation was inh ibited,and when with 0.75μg/ml and 1.50μg/ml,the proliferation was not pro moted and the transformation was strongly inhibited.Big dose of (1.50μg/ml) sodium selenite m ade the nuclei of the untransformed lymphocytes gather together like a few grape s doing,and even caused them to fuse.

The results showed that pH of the irradiated sediment core is higher than the unsterilized one,and microorganisms could have an effect on the pH of sediments.All the four sediments are in the strong reductive environment at the depth of 7～30 cm,and the values of Eh are quite closer,the main factor that affect the redox environment may be the compaction of the sediment.All the sediments had a cumulation of phosphorus at the surface layer,and the total phosphorus of the sediments at the depth of 4～10 cm are lower than the average.It is indicated that phosphorus had been redistributed at the suface layer.

本研究采集太湖梅梁湾沉积物，通过印Co.y射线辐照、添加可溶性淀粉等处理研究微生物活性对太湖沉积物pH，Eh及总磷分布影响，以揭示微生物在湖泊沉积物中的沉积后作用，为探索富营养化湖泊表层沉积物磷的归趋提供理论基础。1 材料与方法1.1 样品采集和处理2005年1 1月，采用自制的柱状采泥器采集太湖梅梁湾沉积物，采样位点为31.30.306 N.120.13.370 E，采集后立即带回实验室，其理化性质见表1。

The Medaka embryo toxicity test had presented that while eggs were exposed to the soil extracts from fluoranthene and pyrene at high concentration (3mg PAHs/g soil), the embryo showed low hatch ratio、bleeding, high abnormal ratio and delayed mature period. The addition of composting materials for remediation study showed strong embryo toxicity to Medaka embryo at all test concentration.
