The dissertation presents a mathematical modeling approach for the high-speed flexible linkage mechanisms equipped with bonded piezoelectric sensing/actuating elements employing a mixed variational approach with Hamilton's principle in conjunction with the finite element formulation. This model includes both the terms coupling the elastic and rigid-body motions of linkage mechanisms and the terms coupling the elastodynamics and piezoelectricity of the elements, incorporating their effects upon the mass and stiffness matrices which are in general non-symmetric.

本文以国家自然科学基金资助项目《弹性连杆机构有害振动的主、被动控制及混合控制研究》（资助号：59605001）和广东省自然科学基金项目《开链及闭链机构有害振动控制研究》（资助号：970381）为依托，对高速弹性连杆机构振动的主动控制中的建模、求解、控制律的选择、作动/传感元件的优化以及实验研究等几个关键问题进行了比较深入细致的研究，取得了一些具有重要理论意义和重大实际应用价值的成果。

It has become one of the important tasks in the study on modern electric system. At first, this text has briefly introduced meanings, the current development and the main methods which the electric load forecasting are used. This paper aimed at the floatability which the load data had and the nature that neural networks model is easy to fall into part infinitesimal value and low iterative speed, this paper proposed a method based on neural networks and SVM. SVM can dispel the less summation and the larger single point errors of neural networks, and the neural networks could dispel the simplification of the model of the vector support machine.

本文首先介绍了电力系统负荷预测的意义、发展现状和主要方法；针对负荷数据具有浮动的特点以及神经网络模型算法容易陷入局部极小和迭代速度较慢的缺点，提出了一种基于神经网络和支持向量机的混合负荷预测方法，此方法能通过支持向量机消除神经网络的总和较小但单点误差较大的不利现象，而神经网络消除了支持向量机的模型简单问题。

It adopts the means of area-centralizing control to manage the electromotor meters affiliated by it. It communicates with the central control station by GPRS Modem and transmits the commands and data to the instrument by wireless, which makes the collection and transmission of the field data come true. In the process of realizing the remote control of voltage transformer meter, according to the actual requirement, it adopted the chips and modules that are different from the front means to design and realize the GPRS wireless communicating controller corresponding with the devices. It also introduces the mixed—mode Communication integrating the GSM with GPRS to settle the problem that too many GPRS terminals connecting with the central control station synchronously will affect the performance of the central control station.As a whole system, the central control station is the kernel of the digital oil field.

在油田电机表远程控制方案实现中，着重介绍了处于核心地位的GPRS无线集中器的实现，它采用区域集中控制的方式管理下属的石油电机表，与主控站采用GPRS Modem进行通信，与仪表则采用无线电方式进行命令和数掘的传输，实现了现场数据采集传输；在配电变压器表远程控制方案实现中，根据应用需要，采用与前一个方案完全不同的硬件芯片和模块，设计实现了与仪表设备——对应的GPRS无线通信控制器，并针对同时挂接在主控站上的GPRS终端太多会对主控站性能产生一定的影响这个问题，引入了GSM和GPRS相结合的混合通信模式。

The integrated method to obtain the time-space consistence is discussed, which includes clock synchronization, time stamp and compensation algorithm. The layered hybrid synchronization mechanism based on GPS receiver is given, the ISAbus interface hardware and supporting software of GPS timer and software timer are developed.
