结果：本组误诊1例，超声诊断符合率为94.1%，腹膜后脓肿基本声像图特征为：位于腹膜后间隙的液性或混合性包块，呈圆形、椭圆形或梭形，内为无回声或混合回声，并见光点、片状回声及光斑。
