The palate has all the hallmarks of great Barossa Shiraz - big, juicy and powerful with generous berry fruits and chocolaty tannins from extensive maturation in both American and French oak - adding to the wine's excellent ageing potential. The full fruit balances nicely with perfect acidity. It finishes harmoniously with pepper, dark chocolate and berry brulee.
