OBJECTIVE: To study the radiologic safety of the sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer.

目的：探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术的放射安全性。

Methods from Sept 2000 to March, 2002 516 patients with body tumor were therapied. The radiotherapeutic plan and set dosage distribution had been worked out on the basis of the carcinoma position, clinical target volume, patient health condition, and therapeutic aim. The isodosage curve was 50-90%. The fractional doses was 300-900cgy. The therapy had been repeated for 5-9 times for one patient, every two days one time. Results the patients were followed up 3 to 15 months after therapy.

采用OUR-QGD立体定向伽玛射线体部放射治疗系统治疗肿瘤患者516例，根据肿瘤的部位、临床靶体积大小、分类与治疗目的，如临床根治或姑息治疗，以及肿瘤周围的组织与器官、病人的身体状况、既往治疗情况、有无淋巴结转移等制定放射治疗计划及调整剂量分布， PTV覆盖95%以上CTV，等剂量曲线50~90%，中位值62.2%。

The lateral metastasis rate was 0%,8.7%and 12.5%in the rectosigmoid,upper rectum and lower rectum respectively.

直肠乙状结肠部癌、上部直肠癌和下部直肠癌侧方淋巴结转移率分别为0%、8.7%和12.5%。

On day40 after infection,donor derived Thy-1.1~+ CD8Tm cells were detectable in various organs including peripheral blood,spleen,lymph nodes,and liver.These cells were CD44~,CD62L~/CD62L~ in phenotype and more importantly,these cells were readily detectable for intracellular IFN-γsecretion several hours after ex vivo restimulation with OVA_(257-264) peptide.

感染40天后，可以在包括外周血、脾脏、淋巴结和肝脏在内的脏器中检测到一定比例的Thy-1.1~+ CD8 T细胞，这群细胞具有记忆性CD8T细胞的表型特征，即CD44~，CD62L~/CD62L~，更重要的是，这群细胞在体外OVA_(257-264)肽再刺激数小时后即可检测到细胞内IFN-γ分泌。

Results MRI findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma appeared as diffusely or locally thickened nasopharyngeal walls,and pharyngeal recess was closed and pharyngeal opening of auditory tube became shallow or disappeared,sometimes with parapharyngeal space、retropharyngeal space and logus capitis oppressed or invaded.

结果：鼻咽癌的MRI表现为鼻咽壁局限性或弥漫性增厚，咽隐窝闭塞，咽鼓管咽口变浅或消失，可伴有咽旁间隙、咽后间隙、头长肌受压或浸润及颈部淋巴结的转移，可见乳突积液，颅底骨质破坏。

Results:The results showed that the incidence of scirrhous carcinoma of breast was 2％ of the total breast cancers,and the 5-,10-year survival rates were 53.6％ and 38.4％ respectively.

结果：硬癌占乳腺癌总发病率的2％，5年和10年生存率分别为53.6％和38.4％，临床分期和腋窝淋巴结转移是影响预后的重要因素。

The mRNA of the insulin recep-tor distributes in liver,subcutaneous adipose depots,semitendinous muscle,pancreas,kidney cortex,spleen,heart,lung,hypothalamus,mesenteric lymph node,aorta,duodenum,colon,pituitary,cerebral and cortex,cerebellar cortex.

结果表明，InsR基因在肝、皮下脂肪、半腱肌、胰、肾皮质、脾、心、肺、下丘脑、肠系膜淋巴结、主动脉、十二指肠、结肠、垂体、大脑皮质、小脑皮质中都有表达。

In addition, shotty anterior cervical lymphadenopathy was noted.

此外，记录了颈前淋巴结小弹丸样病变。

Positive expressive rate of cyclin D1 in colorectal carcinoma was 60.34%（35/58）, which was higher than that in tumor sideward mucosa and normal colorectal mucosa.
