Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detec t the expression of VEGF-C and its reˉceptor Flt-4in10neighboring noncancerous tissue and60NSCLC cases of non-small cell lung cancer and32lymph nodes cases with lymph nodes metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.

采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例NSCLC原发灶组织、10例癌旁组织、32例伴有肺癌转移的淋巴结组织中VEGF-C、Flt-4的表达，并将结果与肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。

Of the 69 cases,there were 26 cases of acute mesentery lymphadenitis, 19 cases of intussusception, 8 cases of acute appendicitis, 6 cases of bowel obstruction , 1 case of acute gastric dilatation, 1 case of cholecystolithiasis,2 cases of renal calculi, 1 case of splenic rupture, 2 cases of inguinal hernia ,3 cases of acute enteritis.

结果69例病例中，急性肠系膜淋巴结炎26例，肠套叠19例，急性阑尾炎8例，肠梗阻6例，急性胃扩张1例，胆囊结石1例，肾结石2例。

ConclusionThe expression of α-B crystallin in IDC is significantly higher than that in DCIS and is positively related to lymph node metastasis. There are also higher levels of expression in the HER2+ and the triple-negative groups. This suggests that α-B crystallin is involved in the process of progression and metastasis of breast cancer.

结论α-B crystallin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达明显高于导管原位癌，与淋巴结转移呈正相关，且在生物学行为更为恶性的HER2+组和三阴性组具有更高的表达水平，提示α-B crystallin蛋白可能参与了乳腺癌的浸润与转移过程。

However, positive expression of both CK19 mRNA and CEA mRNA was found in 13 patients(19.4%) by cytopathological examination.

结果 两组患者在术后乳糜胸发生率(A：1/45；B：9/92，P=0.03)、术后48 h胸腔引流量〔第1个24 h：A：(254.33±45.15)ml，B：(493.61±76.67)ml；第2个24 h：A：(141.11±25.53)ml，B：(323.39±58.17)ml；P＜0.05〕、3天内拨管率(A：94.78％；B：62.21％，P=0.001)、并发症(A：3/45，B：0/92，P=0.034)以及随访锁骨上淋巴结转移(A：0/45，B：9/92，P=0.03)等方面有统计学意义。
