Debris necrosis of lymph node is not the specific changes of KD. In the tuberculosis of lymph node,① debris necrosis is obvious, but it tends to be caseous nercrosis;② histiocytes, macrophages and foam cells are hyperplasia in the necrotic area or lymph sinus, moreover, epithelioid cells can be found and they tend to be form granuloma;③ numbers of neutrophils infiltrate in the necrotic area;④ the etiologic assay of acid fast bacterium tuberculosis bacterium is positive;⑤ typical clinical manifestation is insufficient.

淋巴结碎屑性坏死并非KD特有病变，诊断KD需先除外有明显碎屑性坏死的淋巴结结核病，后者主要表现：①碎屑性坏死虽明显，但趋于干酪样坏死；②坏死区内或同时在淋巴窦内，组织细胞、巨噬细胞和泡沫细胞增生，并演变为上皮样细胞和趋于肉芽肿形成；③坏死灶内、外可有数量不等的中性粒细胞浸润；④抗酸杆菌／结核杆菌病原学检测阳性；⑤缺乏KD的典型临床过程。

Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and its reˉceptor Flt-4in10neighboring noncancerous tissue and60NSCLC cases of non-small cell lung cancer and32lymph nodes cases with lymph nodes metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子C及其受体Flt-4在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的关系方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例NSCLC原发灶组织、10例癌旁组织、32例伴有肺癌转移的淋巴结组织中VEGF-C、Flt-4的表达，并将结果与肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。

objective:our aim is to investigate the relationship of vegf c,vegf d and lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer,and to elucidate the role and significance of the cancerous peripheral lymphatic tissue.methods: the expression of vegf c and vegf d was assayed by means of immunohistochemistry in 30 pancreatic carcinomas.results:the positive rates of vegf c、vegf d were 73%(22/30)、57%(17/30) respectively in pancreatic cancer.the expression of vegf c、 vegf d in cancerous invasive edge was significantly higher than that in the center of cancerous tissues.there was no correlation between the expression of vegf c、vegf dand the site,differentiation,histology types.

目的：探讨胰腺癌中vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达与淋巴结转移之间的相关关系，阐明癌周淋巴管增生在胰腺癌淋巴转移中的作用及意义。方法：免疫组化检测30例胰腺癌组织中vegf c、vegf d的表达及其与临床病理、淋巴结转移的关系。结果：胰腺癌vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达阳性率分别为73%(22/30)、57%（17/30），肿瘤周边部位显著高于肿瘤中心部位，其表达与肿瘤的部位、分化程度、组织学类型无关，与肿瘤的tnm分期有关，ⅲ~ⅳ期显著高于ⅰ~ⅱ期。

Results The acute and chronic lymphadenitis single side mandibular area is coarse;CDFI:Sometimes we can see blood and continue observing the central area fluidify.

结果 二维超声显示结果：（1）急性、亚急性淋巴结单侧下颌区多见，单发、较大、固定、有压痛、边缘毛糙；CDFI示偶见血流；（2）肿瘤性淋巴结。

Results Galactophore remained mastocarcinoma 4 cases in non-type galactophore cancer, it did not remain mastocarcinoma in 26 cases; Armpit lymph node transfer of same side were 10 cases, it did not transfer in 20 patients.

结果非典型乳腺癌行乳癌改良根治术后，乳腺残留乳癌4例，乳腺无残留乳癌26例；同侧腋窝淋巴结转移10例，无淋巴结转移20例。
