MethodsThe patients who were treated from 2002 to 2004 in Beijing Friendship Hospital were divided into two groups: asthmatic group and nonasthmatic group.Fresh peripheral blood samples of patients in two groups were tested through the flow cytometry.

方法对2002—2004在北京友谊医院就诊的急性期喘息型病毒性肺炎患儿37例及非喘息型病毒性肺炎患儿32例，采用流式细胞仪对其外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。

Except for a higher ratio of CD+4/CD+8 in asthmatic group there was no other significant difference between asthmatic group and nonasthmatic group.

喘息型病毒性肺炎患儿除CD+4/CD+8较非喘息型病毒性肺炎高外，其他各项淋巴细胞亚群差异无明显统计学意义。

Then transplantation of the sciatic nerve from donor rats to the recipient rats in two groups were progressed.7 days after nerve transplantation,the contents of cd4 and cd8 in peripheral plasma of recipient rats were detected by flow cytometry.8 weeks after nerve transplantation,transplanted nerve were observed under light microscope.results:compared with nonirradiated group,the percentage of cd4 and the ratio of cd4 to cd8 in uvb irradiated group were significantly decreased（p＜0.05,p＜0.01）,cd8 percentage was significantly increased（p＜0.01）.conclusion:uvb-irradiated donor splenocytes were injected in the recipient rats through caudal veil,which could induce immunological tolerance to allogeneic transplantation.

未照射组注射未经紫外线照射的供体脾细胞，照射组注射经紫外线照射的脾细胞，7 d后移植供体神经。术后7 d行外周血t淋巴细胞亚群检查，术后8 w行移植神经组织学检查。结果：照射组cd4+百分率、cd4+/cd8+比值较非照射组明显降低（p.01，p.05），cd8+百分率较非照射组明显升高（p.01）。组织学检查显示，照射组的再生神经较非照射组多。结论：尾静脉内注射经紫外线照射的异基因脾细胞可诱导对异体神经移植的特异性免疫耐受。紫外线；脾细胞；免疫耐受；坐骨神经

Based on these results and inferred to related reports from other labratories, it was possible to make some analyses and conclusions or inferrences:(1) CD〓AK with tumoricidal activity were induced and expanded in number througth costimulation of PBMC with anti-CD〓 McAb . and r IL-2 ;(2) CD〓AK induced and expanded in such manner did exibit more potent proliferation·ability and cytotoxicity which maintained for lonser time than those of LAK cells, thus CD〓AK was a new variety of antitumor effector cells worth to be explored;(3) CD〓AK could mediate MHC nonrestricted cytotoxicity and kill tumor target cells through inducing necrosis and apoptosis;(4) Normal mature lymphocytes of PBMC could be induced to proliferate and /or to die from apoptosis when they were costimulated by anti-CD〓McAb and rIL-2. Both proliferation and apoptosis were existing in the same cultivation system sugsesting that the presence of rIL- 2 might provide some accessary signals for apoptosis.

以这些结果为基础并参考其它有关文献可能做出如下分析与结论或推论：(1)用抗CD〓单抗和rIL-2共刺激外周血单个核细胞能诱生扩增出具有杀瘤活性的CD〓AK细胞，(2)与LAK相比，用这种方法诱生扩增的CD〓AK增殖能力强、细胞毒活性强而且维持时间长；CD〓AK是一类值得开发的抗瘤效应细胞；(3)CD〓AK能够介导MHC非限制性细胞毒活性，可以通过诱导靶细胞坏死和/或凋亡杀伤肿瘤细胞；(4)正常外周血单个核细胞中的成熟淋巴细胞在受到抗CD〓单抗和rIL-2共同刺激后既可诱导增殖也可诱导凋亡，两者并存于同一体系，推测rIL-2的存在可能为细胞凋亡提供一些辅助信号。

DH level, CD4+ T lymphocyte count below 100 × 106/L, and interstitial pneumonia or ground-glass shadow in chest images, the diagnosis of PCP could be made presumptively. It is difficult to make a nosogenic diagnosis of PCP, but TBB considerably increases the positive rate of pneumocystis. Compound sulfamethoxazole is recommended as the first selected drug. In severe cases, corticosteroid and assisted mechanical ventilation combined with compound sulfamethoxazole could remarkably improve the prognosis of PCP.

当AIDS患者出现发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、低氧血症、LDH增高及CD4+T淋巴细胞＜100×106/L时，结合胸部影像间质性肺炎或磨砂玻璃样改变，临床需考虑PCP；病原学诊断困难，但TBB肺孢子菌检出率高；治疗首选SMZ-TMP，重症病例辅以糖皮质激素和机械辅助通气可改善预后。
