Through all this test analyse Pathogenicity and Immunological status of ALV-J Inner Mongolia strain, the result showed the infected chickens began to have pathological change of Myelcytomatosis at 3-week: the main pathological changes of acidophile myelocyte were found in bone marrow and between cardiac muscle fibers,and there were many granules in the hyalotome.This kind of oncocyte proliferated in every tissue at different amount, but the cells that proliferated in bone marrow, cardiac muscle fiber, oarium were much more than other tissue, and they often developed neoplasma. At same condition,there were no abnormalty advent in control group, In immunological aspect: the increase of lymphokine and ANAE positive cells showed cell-mediated immunity was strengthend during antineoplastic infection; the emergence of ALV-J antibody of ELISA suggest there was humoral immunity exist at the same time.

结果显示：脾脏PCR检测结果表明1、2两实验组均有阳性病例出现，而对照组全部为阴性，说明实验鸡体内已有ALV-J内蒙株感染；接种病毒后3周龄开始出现骨髓细胞瘤病的病理变化：肝脏、脾脏有程度不同的肿大，镜下观察，骨髓内最早出现了与骨髓细胞相似、形态基本一致的大型圆形或椭圆形、胞核较大多为椭圆形、胞浆内含有大量嗜酸性圆形颗粒的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生，随后通过血流瘤细胞可转移到肝脏、心肌、卵巢或睾丸等组织并形成肿瘤性病灶，而对照组没有出现明显病变；免疫状态方面：以脾脏淋巴因子和ANAE阳性细胞增多说明细胞免疫在抗肿瘤感染过程中增强，ELISA检验实验鸡抗体出现阳性的结果表明同时也存在着体液免疫。

(1) In our research,frequent expression of BSAP in H/RS cell of classical Hodgkins disease provides further evidence for its B-cell origin,and the expression of BSAP on H/RS cells also can be in favor of the identification of H/RS cells and can distinguish HL from ALCL.(2) Expression of BSAP is located in nucleoli of cells,while that of CD20 in membrane.

结果 (1)33例cHL中，30／33(90.91％)H／RS细胞和33／33(100％)背景淋巴细胞BSAP表达阳性，而H／RS细胞10／33(30.30％)CD20阳性，1／33(3.03％)CD45RO阳性，31／33(93.94％)CD30阳性，25／33(75.75％)CD15阳性；(2)33例HL石蜡刮片组织中有16例(48.48％)出现IgH基因重排阳性，显微切割的19管H／RS细胞有14管(73.68％)扩增阳性，而12管背景淋巴细胞有2管(16.67％)扩增阳性；(3)测序分析周新华第一军医大学病理学教研室获得了一段免疫球蛋白重链可变区的重排片断；（4）原位PCR结果发现杂交的阳性颗粒不仅出现在探针来源的同一病例也出现在不同病例的HillS细胞核上，同时在部分周围背景淋巴细胞核上也见到阳性颗粒。

Results The digital Mo-butt photograph can clear show the skin mammary gland canal,fat,fibre,lymph and blood vessel of galactophore,and show the direct sign of cancer:bump,malignant calcify;the indirect signs:density shadow、disorganized configuration of partial,incrassate skin,mammilla cave in,big vacularsign and big canal and so on.

结果 数字化钼靶乳腺摄影能清晰的显示乳房的皮肤、乳头、腺体、导管脂肪、纤维组织、淋巴和血管，能够清晰显示乳腺癌的直接征象：肿块、恶性钙化。间接征象：致密影、局部结构紊乱、局部皮肤增厚、乳头内陷、大血管征及大导管相等。

Histological structures of bursas of Fabricius were observed at the different developmental stages from chicken embryoes to chickens. The results were as follows. The bursa of Fabricius began to develop on the 13th day of post-hatching and its cell aggregated into the nodosity clique underneath the epithelium mucosae. On the 15th day of post-hatching, those cell cliques were surrounded by the flat epithelium and formed the basic structure of folliculus lymphaticus. The number of lymphocytes in the folliculus lymphaticus increased gradually, and the medulla and cortex of a majority of folliculus were not discriminated obviously. Until on the 7th day for chickens, the medulla and cortex of folliculus formed completely and the number of folliculus increased significantly. From 21 to 35 days old, the folliculus lymphaticus transformed from polygon into rectangle. Mucosa epithelial cells increased gradually and their cytoblasts arranged compactly into aline in the basilar part on the 35th day.

本研究观察了从鸡胚到出壳后的不同生长发育阶段法氏囊的组织结构，结果表明：胚胎13日龄时，法氏囊开始发育，粘膜上皮下形成结节状细胞集团；胚胎15日龄，聚集的细胞集团形成初始的淋巴滤泡；胚胎18日龄到出壳后1日龄，滤泡内淋巴细胞数量增多，多数滤泡髓质和皮质界限仍不明显；7日龄雏鸡法氏囊髓质皮质分界清晰，滤泡数量显著增多；21日龄到35日龄，滤泡由多边形逐渐转变成长方形；在35日龄时，粘膜上皮细胞逐渐增多，排列紧密，细胞核紧密排列成直线位于基底部。

Debris necrosis of lymph node is not the specific changes of KD. In the tuberculosis of lymph node,① debris necrosis is obvious, but it tends to be caseous nercrosis;② histiocytes, macrophages and foam cells are hyperplasia in the necrotic area or lymph sinus, moreover, epithelioid cells can be found and they tend to be form granuloma;③ numbers of neutrophils infiltrate in the necrotic area;④ the etiologic assay of acid fast bacterium tuberculosis bacterium is positive;⑤ typical clinical manifestation is insufficient.

淋巴结碎屑性坏死并非KD特有病变，诊断KD需先除外有明显碎屑性坏死的淋巴结结核病，后者主要表现：①碎屑性坏死虽明显，但趋于干酪样坏死；②坏死区内或同时在淋巴窦内，组织细胞、巨噬细胞和泡沫细胞增生，并演变为上皮样细胞和趋于肉芽肿形成；③坏死灶内、外可有数量不等的中性粒细胞浸润；④抗酸杆菌／结核杆菌病原学检测阳性；⑤缺乏KD的典型临床过程。

The non-specific immune functions were studied in four populations of Portunus trituberculatus from Haizhou Bay, Dandong, Zhoushan and Laizhou Bay for the immunity enzyme activities in haemolymph, muscle and hepatopancreas tissue of the crabs.
