Objective To clarify the clinicopatological significance of lymphatic vessel density and distribution in pancreatic cancer.

目的 研究胰腺导管腺癌组织淋巴管分布、密度及其与临床病理学表现的关系。

About 86.2% of chronic filariasis patients were above 70 years old averagely 77. There were 701 cases with lymphoedema and elephantiasis patients, 3 cases with hydrocele, 11 cases with chyluria, and 152 cases had onset of acute lymphadenitis and lymphangits in whole year. Thirty-six patients had infection on the focus and 29 patients had the ulcers.

结果 到2006年底全市有慢性丝虫病病人783名，分布在金山、青浦、松江、南汇、奉贤、浦东、闵行、嘉定、宝山等9个历史丝虫病流行区的102个乡镇，其中下肢淋巴水肿/象皮肿701例，鞘膜积液3例，乳糜尿11例；全年104例病人有淋巴管炎急性发作。

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological significance of the lymphangiogenesis in squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus.

目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中淋巴管形成的临床病理意义。

ResultsMacroscopic examination showed no excrescence,thrombus formation,arm fractures and corrosion.The devices were covered with collagen fibrosis and discrete endocardial cells,apparent inflammatory infiltration in the devices and around the devices 1 month after implantation.The implants were nearly endothelialized,while the inflammatory reaction relieved gradually,with myocardial cells ingrowth at the edges of the device 3 months after implantation.The devices were completely covered with endocardium and fibrous tissue.Moreover,endothelial cells could be found on the smooth microscrew adaptor.The inflammatory reaction diminished with a few chronic inflammatory cells existing.Neovascularization and lymphatic vessels ingrowth could be observed 6 months after implantation.

结果所有封堵装置表面均没有发现赘生物、血栓形成、支架发生断裂及被腐蚀；术后1个月，封堵装置表面被胶原纤维和散在内皮细胞所覆盖，大量炎症细胞浸润，封堵装置边缘有小灶性炎症细胞浸润；术后3个月，封堵装置表面几乎被内皮细胞所覆盖，炎症细胞较1个月时明显减少，封堵装置内见纤维化，封堵装置边缘心肌细胞浸入；术后6个月，封堵装置表面完全被心内膜和纤维组织所覆盖，伞尖表面光滑并有内皮细胞上爬，炎症反应明显消散，但仍有少量慢性炎症细胞存在，装置内有新生的血管、淋巴管长入。

Nodular thickening of interlobular septa and fissures can be seen in this disease and lymphangitic spread of carcinoma.

结节样的小叶间隔和叶间裂增厚也可见于癌性淋巴管病。

Pulmonary veins and lymphatics run in the periphery of the lobule within the interlobular septa.

Results Cavernous hemangiomas had a enhancement from edge to inside after contrast enhancement scan,and had equal-density with spleen in plain scan. Cystic focus of spleen had not enhanced in contrast scan with lubricous border. Lymphangioma enhanced in contrast scan with multiple round focus.

结果 海绵状血管瘤增强扫描呈边缘强化并向中心充填，延期扫描病灶可完全弥合与脾成等密度；脾囊肿呈圆形或椭圆形囊状占位，水样密度，边缘光滑，不强化为其特点；淋巴管瘤的典型表现是多发低密度灶，可有间隔状强化。
