目的 提高对器官功能障碍综合征（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome，MODS）的认识、预防、诊断、治疗水平方法报告成功抢救1例经腹腔镜左肾淋巴管结扎手术后左肾静脉钛夹意外脱落失血性休克，导致心跳呼吸骤停复苏后再手术并发MODS累及6 脏器功能衰竭过程及有关治疗，并复习相关文献，介绍目关于MODS的研究进展。

Results There are one case neurofibroma, three cases lymphangiomas, one case liparomphalus and one case mixed tumor of parotid gland. 5 cases of them were treated total tumor removal and faciocervical reconstruction,Only one case was removed and reconstructed by 4 stages, clinical effects were satisfied.

结果：6例面颈部巨大肿瘤中神经纤维瘤1例，淋巴管瘤3例，脂肪瘤1例，腮腺混合瘤1例，除1例经过4次手术外，其余5例均行1次手术治疗，效果良好。
