In this study, isolate 23 microbes with lipase activity from Wu-Jie scrap heap at Ilan and Taichung Environmental Protection Section. When the microbes incubator in 50oC, there are isolates B61 and M63 that lipase activity are better than others. Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 isolated from NTU resterant food waste compost is used as control check. Isolates B61, M63 and Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 determine the lipase activity by the LB with tributyrin. The lipase activity of isolates B61 and M63 are 2~3 fold higher than Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168. So isolates B61 and M63 are more useful in producing lipase. Isolate B61 can grow at pH 5~9, and at temperature 20oC ~ 60oC; isolate M63 can grow at pH 6~10, and at temperature 30oC ~ 50oC. Isolates B61 and M63 were identified by 16S rRNA. Isolate B61 is Bacillus circulans, and isolate M63 is Bacillus species.
本研究,於宜兰五结垃圾场和台中市环保局厨余堆肥样品中共分离出 23 株具脂肪酶活性菌株, 23 株菌株中经过三油酸甘油酯的洋菜培养基於 50℃培养 5 天后,发现有 2 株菌的脂肪酶活性较强,分别为分离株 B61 和 M63;以本实验室先前自台大女九餐厅蔬果厨余堆肥中所筛选出的耐高温脂解菌 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168作为本实验对照菌株,将分离株 B61、M63 及 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 3 株菌株於含有三酪酸甘油酯液态培养基培养并测定其脂肪酶活性,发现分离菌株之活性皆比 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 高出 2~3 倍,认为分离株 B61、M63 适於产生脂肪酶的菌株,分离株 B61 在 pH 5~9 皆可生长,生长温度介於 20 oC ~ 60oC;分离株 M63 在 pH 6~10 可生长,生长温度介於 30 oC ~ 50oC; 2 株分离菌株以 16S rRNA定序结果分离株 B61 为 Bacillus circulans,分离株 M63 为 Bacillus 属。

On the base of reviewing the development of NSP models, some deficiencies of existent models are analysed and listed as follows: most models can be applied only to very small watershed; mechanism models involve too many parameters which can not be calibrated properly by limited data; amoung practical models, empirical models are much more common than mechanism models; most models are focus on the conservative soluble pollutants rather than non-conservative and particulate pollutants; almost all models rely highly on the measured data, and there are fewer studies about the load estimation for ungauged areas.
本文在评述非点源污染模型研究进展的基础上,分析了现有模型的不足,主要有:大多数模型只能适应于很小的流域面积;机理类模型参数过多,率定困难,应用效果不理想;实用模型中,经验类模型多,机理类模型少;对保守性的液态污染物研究得较多,对非保守性和固态污染物研究得较少;各类模型均高度依赖于实测资料,无资料地区的模型或预测方法研究得很少。

The production and characterization of endoglucanase from Streptomyces xylophagus KX6 was studied. Maximum endoglucanase yield of 0.538 IU/ml was achieved with medium pH8.0, containing CMC2Na 1.0% as carbon resource, soybean meal 1% as nitrogen resource, 2% inoculating volume, 30% 250 ml triangle flask bulk for medium volume at 40℃ 200r/min shaker for 48h.

Methods:Using Japan Shimadzu 1250Ma CCD DSA X machine,4F RH or 4F YASHIRO catheter and 3F SP microcatheter were employed in superselective chemoembolization for feeding artery of lung cancer and the metastases tumor with rich blood feeding in lung with lipiodol and 2~3 species chemodrug.The period of repetitive treatment was 4~6weeks.After treatment,the change of the symptoms,images of neoplasm and the survival rates were observed.
