An optimization study on the critical technology in the production process of kiwi fruit seed oil soft capsule ,including lorica prescription,pellet manufacture and desiccation of soft capsule has been carried out.

对猕猴桃籽油软胶囊生产过程中的囊壳处方、制丸及软胶囊干燥等关键工艺进行优化研究，结果表明囊壳处方工艺中采用料液比1∶1∶0.5、化胶温度60~65℃，制丸工艺中控制囊壳厚度0.60 mm，干燥工艺中采用干燥温度25℃、相对湿度30%、干燥时间30 h的最优参数，生产出的软胶囊弹性、柔软性、透明度与崩解时限等质量指标均较好。

After +Gx, rhesus were anatomized and obtain tissues by means of HE staining with microscope, and collect urine for routine examination. Result:1 By light microiscopy, these were observed that nephroid ball differently swelled, nephroid vesicle dwindled,and serosity and red blood cell exuded out intovesicle. Denaturalization, putrescence and desquamation were found nephroid canaliculus epithelium, there were red conglomeration and cell in nephroid canaliculus.

结果1光镜下，与对照组相比实验组可见肾小球有不同程度的肿胀，囊腔变小甚至消失，内有数量不等的红细胞和浆液渗出；肾小管上皮细胞变性、脱落，管腔内有红染的团块和脱落的细胞成分。2常规尿液检测结果发现尿比重增加，尿液中有不同程度的潜血，尿中出现蛋白质，尿液的PH 值较对照组降低，另外，尿液中葡萄糖的含量降低。

Results:Main imaging features of APK were as follows:On abdominal plain films showed the lobalate renal enlargement in 46 cases,calcification of polycystic wall in 14 cases,renal calcium milk in 5 cases,60 cases were showed separation,deform and longthend of renal pelvis on intravenous urography and retrograde urography,5 cases were showed renal enlargement on retroperitoneal pneumography,on CT scans in 25 cases showed mulltiply cysts with thin wall,unecho liquid shadows were showed on B-mode ultrasound.

结果：成人多囊肾的主要影像学征象：腹部平片(46例)显示肾影呈分叶状增大；囊壁钙化(14例)；多囊肾合并肾钙乳(5例)；肾盂造影(60例)，表现为肾盂、肾盏相互分离、变形、拉长；腹膜后充气造影(5例)：表现为肾影增大肾影与邻近器官之间的关系，其界限清晰可辨；CT扫描(25例)：表现为肾内多数大小不等的薄壁圆形低密度区；B型超声(47例)表现为肾内多个类圆形无回声的液性暗区。

The 52 cases (57.78%)were with type of uterine tube clumps, and the feature of acoustic image showed clump echo were irregularity boundary, internal echo were uneven, gestational sac were not clear and there were a little or a few of fluidify when tubal pregnancys were ruptured.

输卵管妊囊型27例(30.00%)，表现为较完整胎囊强回声光环，部分见胚芽；输卵管包块型52例(57.78%)，表现为边界不规则的包块回声，内部回声不均匀，胎囊显示不清楚；输卵管妊娠破裂出血时盆腔可见少或中量积液等。

Methods:The treatment of 18 cases with bone cysts was reviewed,which there were treated from January 2004 to February 2005. There were12 males and 6 females with an average age of 13 years?old. The bone cysts were located in the proximal humerus（n=9）,proximal femur（n=4）,proximal tibia（n=1）,distal tibia（n=1）,proximal ulna（n=1）,distal ulna（n=1）,and distal radius（n=1）.Under fluoroscopy, two fine bone marrow biopsy needls pierced the bone cysts from the top and the bottom of the cyst respectively.The intracystic fluid was drawn out,the cyst cavity was irrigated and then the tissue engineering complexation of autologous red bone marrow and methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronate was injected in percutaneously.

2004.1～2005.2月，对18例骨囊肿患者（男12例，女6例，平均年龄13岁；其中肱骨近端9例，股骨近端4例，胫骨近端1例、远端1例，尺骨近端1、远端1例，桡骨远端1例）以玻璃酸钠为载体抽取自体红骨髓加入甲基强的松龙，在X线透视下，将2根骨穿针经皮分别自囊腔顶部和底部刺入骨囊肿内，抽去囊液，冲洗囊腔后注入复合物。

As true synovial joints,each facet joint contains a distinct joint space capable of accommodating between 1 and 1.5 ml of fluid, a synovial membrane, hyaline cartilage surfaces, and a fibrous capsule.21 The fibrous capsule of the lumbar facet joint is approximately 1 mm thick and composed mostly of collagenous tissue arranged in a more or less transversefashion to provide maximum resistance to flexion.22,23The joint capsule is thick posteriorly, supported by fibers arising from the multifidus muscle.

Accumulation experiments were performed with:(1) Scenedesmus quadricanda as single food;(2)a 50:50 mixture of Scenedesmus quadricanda and Microcystis aeruginosa based on carbon concentration; and (3) Microcystis aeruginosa as single food. MCs inside Bellamya aeruginosa were tested by ELISA, and a curve for the dynamic variation of MCs is obtained.

毒素积累试验分别以单一四尾栅藻、50%铜绿微囊藻+50%四尾栅藻的混合藻液和单一铜绿微囊藻3种处理投喂铜锈环棱螺达15天，用ELISA法检测，得到了微囊藻毒素在螺体内的动态变化曲线。

Results: MRI findings included: 13 cases of abnormality of the rotator cuff, 4 of abnormality of the glenoid labrum, 2 of abnormality of both the rotator cuff and long head of biceps tendon, 2 of abnormality of long head of biceps tendon,5 of subacromial bursitis, 4 of abnormality of bony structure.

结果：21例肩关节MRI扫描发现：肩袖病变13例、盂唇病变4例、肩袖病变合并肱二头肌长头肌腱病变2例、肱二头肌长头肌腱病变1例、肩峰下三角肌下滑囊脂肪消失和滑囊炎或滑囊积液5例、肩胛骨肿瘤1例。21例中同时伴不同程度肩关节退行性变及骨创伤4例。5例经开放性手术或关节镜证实，其余16例行保守治疗后临床随访。

This experiment object was 1-cell embryo of KUNMING mouse , ROS was added in different developmental phases through basal medium with CZB medium, cultured to morulae, early blastula, blastula and the hatching of blastula, observed the change of cell number and cleavage index of embryo.

本试验以昆明小鼠1-细胞期胚胎为实验对象，以CZB培养液为基础液在不同发育阶段添加外源性ROS，培养至桑椹胚、早期囊胚、囊胚、扩张囊胚阶段，分别观察胚胎的胚细胞数、分裂指数的变化。

The Promega commercial DNA extraction kit was used as control. Results The Promega kit resulted in a higher copy number of COWP gene[（6.45-9.86）×106]than that of Generay commercial DNA kit [（2.38-3.69）×106 ], 5% guanidine thiocyanate[（1.27-21.29）×105] or 2% Triton X-100 [（2.06-866.70）×103], respectively.

结果 Promega试剂盒的裂解液裂解隐孢子虫卵囊的效果最好，纯化所得卵囊COWP基因拷贝数可达（6.45～9.86）×106；其他依次为捷瑞试剂盒的裂解液[（2.38～3.69）×106]、5%异硫氰酸胍[（1.27～21.29）×105]和2% Triton X-100[（2.06～866.70）×103]。
