The petroleum of BoHai bay is a kind of high gluey, asphaltum and viscosity crude oil. Its emulsion is very difficult to be broke, only less than high pour point and heavy crude oil. And it is always a serious problem to choose several good kinds of demulsifiers in the oil gathering process of BoHai bay.

The results showed that the three disparate treated substances have no visible antibacterial effect to E. coli , but a obvious effect to Staphylococcus aureus with inhibition of about 10 bacteriostasis units; have dissimilar effects to 10 kinds of fungi among the total kinds, and have a good inhibitory effect to Cytospora.coccodesHughes with fungistasis rate above 65%. After the gel filtration and activity detection, 50mM ammonium acetate was screened out as the more suitable eluents, the crudes were separated into strikingly unlike parts with obviously different antimicrobial activity.

结果表明，大蜡螟抗菌物质对大肠杆菌没有明显的抑制作用，而对金黄葡萄球菌抑制作用明显，抑菌活性单位在10左右；对10种植物病原真菌均有不同的抑菌活性，其中对苹果树皮腐烂病菌的抑制率达到65%以上；经过凝胶过滤分离，及对分离组分的抑菌活性测定，筛选出较合适的洗脱液为50mM乙酸铵，各分离组分抑菌活性差异明显，粗提物被分成了两个差异显著的部分。

Dorsalis by salting out, ion exchange chromatography, and gel filtration chromatography. By salting out the egg homogenate, SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that the Vns were mainly precipitated in a 50~70% ammonium sulfate solution. The salted-out proteins were further purified by ion exchange chromatography, and the result showed that Vns were mainly eluted with a 0.3~0.5 M sodium chloride gradient. Finally, the elutes of ion exchange chromatography were refined by running them through gel filtration chromatography to obtain purified Vns. SDS-PAGE separated the 48- and 51-kDa purified Vns, and used them as antigens to raise polyclonal antibodies.

利用硫酸铵盐析法初步分离果实蝇卵中的蛋白质，以SDS-PAGE蛋白质电泳分析得知，卵黄蛋白主要在硫酸铵溶液浓度为50~70%时被沉淀出；盐析沉淀所得之卵黄蛋白，再以离子交换层析法进一步纯化显示，卵黄蛋白主要会在0.3~0.5 M氯化钠的浓度范围间被析出来；再将析出液浓缩后，经凝胶过滤层析法做最后的纯化，即获得纯化之卵黄蛋白。

The results showed that the optimum embedded yeast cells was 5.8×10^6 cfumL^(-1), and the perfect activation time was 24 hours in 66.7% malt extract and 33.3% persimmon juice mixture. Reasonable fermentation process could be 10% of the starter, 20℃ of fermenting temperature, 4.0 of pH value and 8 days of fermentation period.
