It was known that the mass transfer in the packed column was influenced by the "natural"flow. In this paper, the process of forming the"natural"flow was analyzed. By changing the geometric dimensions of the structured packing, the maldistribution of the"natural"flow could be decreased.

以往的研究表明，填料塔传质效率的下降与液体"自然流"的形成有关，本文通过研究液体的微观流动，对规整填料塔内"自然流"形成的原因进行了分析，指出了填料结构与"自然流"形成的内在关系，并提出了改变填料结构，以降低"自然流"不均匀分布的方法。

The theoretical and computational results show that an important reason resulting in eccentric wear of the inner cylinder and the pumping rod lies in the nonuniformity of the stress distribution on the outwall of the inner cylinder which yields excentralization effect of the pumping rod when swabbing fluid flows in eccentric annuli with the pumping rod moving axially in a well.

在实验上，通过不同重量百分比浓度的HPAM水溶液在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流实验，把由理论公式算得的时间平均流量与实验中测得的时间平均流量做了比较，验证了本文数值计算幂律流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流方法的正确性；上述的理论与计算表明，抽油机井杆管偏磨的一个重要原因是，在聚驱工况下，抽汲液体在抽油杆做轴向运动的井筒中流动时，抽汲液体作用在抽油杆外壁上的压力分布的不均匀性所引起的抽油杆在井筒中的偏心效应。

The pump body consists of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, turbination chamber, liquid return port, gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump starts normally, the impeller will suck the liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet line so that the both can mix fully in the impeller. Due to the centrifugal force, the liquid along with the gas flows towards the outer edge of the turbination chamber and then a belt of white foam with a certain thickness and a liquid ring with high-speed rotation come into being on the outer edge of the impeller.

泵体由吸入室、储液室、涡卷室、回液孔、气液分离室等到组成，泵正常起动后，叶轮将吸入室所存的液体及吸入管路中的空气一起吸入，并在叶轮内得以完全混合，在离心力的作用下，液体夹带着气体向涡卷室外缘流动，在叶轮的外缘上形成有一定厚度的白色泡沫及高速旋转液环。

According to analysis of flow field and velocity distribution in the mix tank,the results indicate that:using draft-tube in the mix tank,the axial flowing of liquid can be increased,the circumgyration around the impeller will be improved,and the strong mixed effect can be gained.

通过对有、无导流筒的搅拌槽内流场和速度的对比分析表明：导流筒强化了搅拌槽内上下液体的整体轴向流动，在近浆区域改善了液体的跟转，有强烈的混合效果，并且，在较为理想的流场分布下，有导流筒的搅拌槽功率消耗比无导流筒搅拌槽节省12%，其结果将为搅拌槽的整体结构优化提供有效途径。

The hydrogenation and methyl esterification of furoic acid over Pd-Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts was investigated in fixed bed micro-reactor under different conditions such as reaction temperature,pressure,H2 space velocity,space velocity of furoic acid and methol,ratio of H2 and furoic acid and so on.
