Wood Vinegar is a natural material that is distilled from wood. It is compose of organic acid and hydroxybenzene , Various dosage of wood vinegars, pyrolignerous acid and guaiacol were mixed into organic manure firstly in this experiment, and then, the above said organic manure are separately added into soil. Under the analysis of the amount of the edaphon, adding 10g wood vinegar to 1kg organic manure and 30kg soil can much active the edaphon effectively in a short term and make a maximum rising extent of edaphon numbers.

结果表明，预聚体制备方法中一步法得到的乳液的耐水性和力学性能较好，而两步法得到的乳液的稳定性好；中和剂三乙胺的用量应使中和度达到x-y之间，对预聚体的分散和乳液的稳定性才有利；亲水扩链剂DMPA的含量对乳液的粘度、稳定性及乳液胶膜的耐水性有着显著的影响，其用量一般控制在x-y之间；硬段异氰酸酯主要控制涂膜的硬度、模量、抗撕裂、耐磨等性能，软段低聚物多元醇主要控制涂膜的弹性、耐低温和耐水解等性能

The silicon-acrylic latices with core-shell structures were prepared by means of a"two-stage"emulsion copolymerization. The effect of constituents and proportion of core and shell parts on the properties of latex film were investigated, and their applications in water-borne wood coatings and elastic coatings were explored. The results indicate that wood coating and elastic silicon-acrylic coatings with good performance and zero VOC content can be prepared by suitable design of structure of silicon-acrylic latex particles.

Methods DNA aneuploid and TA were detected respectively in 165 cases of malignant pleural effusion and 127 cases of benign dropsy of chest (benign group, including tuberculous,other effusion and transudate of chest) by FCM and TRAPHybELISA.Carcinoembryonic antigen was also detected in the two groups.The difference of DNA aneuploid and TA between these two groups was analyzed.
