The first part consists of three experiments:(1) The rings were incubated in KH, 20, 50 mmol/L 〓 for 1 house, relaxation in response to the EDHF stimuli A23187 in 30nmol/L U46619-induced preconrtaction in the presence of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin, a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, 300μmol/L LNNA, a nitric oxide biosyhnthesis inhibitor, and 1mmol/L tetraethylammonium , a 〓 blocker, or 3 μmol/L glibenclamide , a 〓 blocker, was compared with the control;(2) After the arteries were incubated in KH, UW solution or HTK solution at 4℃ for 4 hours, endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μmol/L indomethacir and 300μmol/L LNNA;(3) After incubation with KH, UW solution and STH (either at 37℃ in oxygenated organ chamber or at 4℃ in a refrigerator for 4 hours), endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin and 300 μmol/L LNNA.

第一部分研究结果：（1）单纯浸泡于KH的冠状动脉A23187能引发66.67％的血管舒张反应，经TEA及20mmol／L、50mmol／L钾离子作用后，血管舒张反应程度显著降低，但经GBM作用后改变不明显；（2）与保存于KH的冠状动脉相比，A23187引发的血管舒张反应程度，保存于UW液的明显下降，保存于HTK液的无明显变化；（3）在37℃条件下，血管环浸泡于STH出现缓慢轻微的舒张反应，浸泡于UW液初期出现短暂收缩反应，但此后主要以舒张为主：在37℃条件下，血管经UW液保存后，U46619引发的收缩反应程度降低；不论在37℃或4℃条件下，A23187引发的血管舒张反应，经UW液保存后明显下降，但用STH保存后变化不明显。

Chapter 4 firstly analyses the generation mechanics, calculating method and interference effect of flow force in the outflowing large-capacity proportional valve. Then it not only presents a structural design to compensate the flow force according to the performance characteristic of the cone valve, but also calculates and simulates the flow field at the valve port through CFD software Fluent6.0. At last it studies the influence of compensation structure parameters and obtains better projected dimensions.

第四章主要阐述了电液大流量控制阀的液动力产生机理，计算及其对系统的干扰作用，在此基础上针对该阀的结构和工作特点提出阀芯所受液动力的补偿方法和结构，然后对阀口处的流场进行了有限元仿真计算，探索了液动力大小与补偿结构的各参数之间的关系，最后得出能实现液动力补偿的合理结构。

Transmission Electron Microscope and other properties testing results show that the complex emulsifier system is the crucial influence factor of the polymerization process and the properties of products. It may influence the coagulum content and reaction rate of the polymerization process, the performance, particle diameter,viscosity, electrolyte stability and storage stability of the emulsion products and the contact angle of the film.The initiator mainly influences the coagulum content and reaction rate.The acrylic monomers mainly influence the solid content, Minimum Film Formation Temperature of the emulsion and the Glass Transition Temperature of the film.The organic silicone monomer mainly influences the water absorption of the film.The reaction temperature mainly influences the reaction rate and conversion.The stirring intensity mainly influences the coagulum content of the polymerization process.

透射电镜等性能测试结果显示：复合乳化剂体系是硅丙共聚乳液的聚合过程及产品性能的主要影响因素，它可以对聚合过程的凝胶率、反应速率以及乳液的外观、粒径、粘度、耐电解质稳定性及贮存稳定性，还有乳液涂膜的接触角等造成不同程度的影响；引发剂主要影响反应速率和凝胶率；丙烯酸酯单体主要影响到乳液的固含量、最低成膜温度以及涂膜的玻璃化转变温度，有机硅单体主要影响涂膜的吸水率等；聚合反应温度主要影响乳液的反应速率和转化率等；搅拌强度主要是影响到聚合过程的凝胶率。

In the dissertation, the principle to deicide the design parameters of the system based on spectrum reproduction and the design method of the hydraulic system for random vibration, are put forward.

论文提出了谱再现电液伺服系统参数的确定原理及随机振动电液伺服系统的设计方法，分析了电液振动台使用域和极限工作曲线，建立了以电液比例阀为控制元件的电液伺服系统的数学模型。

It was seen that strain 6055 generated three kinds of dextransucrases whose molecular weights were 151 kDa,142kDa and 117kDa,respectively.Among them,the former two ones were found both in supematants and cell wall,while the later was only found in the fermentation liquor.Strain DM 1-2 synthesized two kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 183kDa and 142kDa,respectively.The former existed both in cell wall and out of cell,but the later only was located on cell surface.Strain PC 13 produced three kinds of dextransucrases,and their molecular weights were 148kDa, 138kDa and 115kDa,respectively.The former two ones were ectoenzyme while the later was linked to cell.Resembled to strain 6055,strain L4 produced two types of dextransucrases coexisting in supernatants and cell wall with molecular weights of 145 kDa and 136kDa,respectively,but the dextransucrase of 115kDa was only found in free-cells supernatants.

结果显示，菌株6055可产生分子量分别为151kDa、142kDa和117kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，其中前两者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者只存在于上清液当中；菌株DM1-2可以产生两种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为183kDa和142kDa，前者同时存在于上清液中和细胞表面，而后者仅能存在于细胞表面；菌株PC13可以产生分子量分别为148 kDa、138 kDa和115kDa的三种葡聚糖蔗糖酶，前两者属于胞外酶，而后者与细胞相连；与菌株6055相似，菌株L4可以产生两种同时存在于上清液和细胞表面的葡聚糖蔗糖酶，分子量分别为145 kDa和136kDa，而分子量为115kDa的葡聚糖蔗糖酶只存在于上清液中。

The authors found various factors that affect the shapes and distribution of hydrothermal plumes from various field measurements of events and analyzed various hot topics of oceanographic research such as hydrothermal black smokers and extreme ophiles,which provides a basis for the investigation and theoretical study of deep-sea hydrothermal activity.

The results indicate that the cone half angle increases with liquid pressure. The stripped half wavelength liquid fragment seems to break into a series of drops immediately and no obvious contraction from liquid fragment to ligament is seen.

研究结果表明，液膜半锥角随着液压的增加而增加，半波长的液膜段剥落后几乎立即破碎成液滴，看不到明显的液膜段收缩成液丝的过程。

Secondly, the paper is expanded from follow three aspects: the virtual design, the virtual process and the product data managementduring the developing the torque converter. Applying the key technique of concurrent engineering---design for function, design for assemblyand design for manufactureof the method of design for "X", the virtual design of the torque converter is accomplished in CATIA V5. Then the model constitution and the simulation of virtual process of the torque converter is done in CATIA V5, including the model constitution and the simulation of 5-aixe NC virtual process of the vane, the model constitution（material:PVC） of the idler pulley rapid prototypingand the virtual assembly and the motion simulation of the torque converter, etc. 3-D data exchange between various CAD systems is realized by using STEP standard. The lever of classing the character model of the torque converter is given. And the access authorization is set up and given to manage the partners' reading/writing the product data.

应用并行工程的关键技术之一——面向产品全生命周期的设计DFX中面向功能的设计DFF、面向装配的设计DFA和面向制造的设计DFM的方法，在CATIA V5中完成液力变矩器虚拟设计；在CATIA V5中对液力变矩器进行虚拟加工建模和仿真，包括液力变矩器导轮叶片五轴数控加工刀轨建模与仿真、导轮快速成型RP建模、液力变矩器虚拟装配和运动仿真等；采用STEP标准实现多CAD系统之间三维数据交换，提出液力变矩器特征模型的分级标准并对三维模型数据进行分级管理，制定相应的权限等级以规范合作厂家的产品数据管理层次。

The analysis of the samples collected from the wastewater treatment plant showed that the recycled supernatant had a pH of 7.16~8.21, a conductivity of 371.1~769.1 μmho/cm, a total dissolved solid of 193.3~399.9 mg/L, and a turbidity of 0.901~54.3 NTU. The suspended solids of the recycled supernatant was found to be 0.4~45.6 mg/L, lower than the standard value in the Effluent Standards (50 mg/L). The ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and the Total Organic Carbon of the recycled supernatant were found to be 0.06~1.5 mg/L and 1.533~17.437 mg/L, respectively. The analysis of the Chemical Oxygen Demand of the wastewater treatment plant showed a concentration of 12.1~128.5 mg/L in the sample of the recycled supernatant.

在废水处理单元采样分析结果方面，回收之上澄液之pH范围为7.168.21间、导电度值范围在371.1769.1 μmho/cm间、总溶解固体量范围在193.3399.9 mg/L间、浊度范围则在0.90154.3 NTU间；在悬浮固体方面，其回收上澄液之范围在0.445.6 mg/L间，且回收水之悬浮固体均小於放流水水质法规标准值50 mg/L；在氨氮（NH3-N）方面，回收上澄液之范围在0.061.5 mg/L间；在总有机碳部份，回收上澄液之浓度范围在1.53317.437 mg/L间；而在净水场废水处理单元化学需氧量分析结果上，可发现净水场在回收上澄液之样本部份其浓度在12.1128.5 mg/L间。

However, common polyacrylate emulsion has some disadvantages such as poor water-resistance, poor film-forming in low temperature, becoming pastiness in high temperature, polluting environment with emulsifier and so on.

由于聚丙烯酸酯乳液具有耐热、耐光和耐老化等优点在涂料工业中得到了广泛的应用，但普通的聚丙烯酸酯乳液还存在耐水性差、低温下不易成膜、高温发粘以及含乳化剂的废液会对环境造成污染等缺点，因此，本文结合无皂乳液聚合和核壳乳液聚合技术，合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯/丙烯酸钠齐聚物，并以此为乳化剂，采用种子半连续法合成了以聚丙烯酸丁酯为核，聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯为壳的无皂核壳聚丙烯酸酯乳液。
