Methods: Distribute NIH rat, or cavia porcellus 40 to four 4 groups:Fast-recovery Injury Liquid Membrane、xiaoyanShan、WanHuaYiu、con trol group, They were experimented with antiinflamation, analgesia on; Distribute randomly cavia porcellus 36 into 3 groups:Fast-recovery Injury Liquid Membrane、Model group、Control group, they were experimented with treatment of acute soft tissue injury on; cavia porcellus 4, they were experimented with skin sensitization self-controlly; Distribute rabbit 20 to 5 groups, them were experimented with LD50 on.

将NIH小鼠或豚鼠随机分为4组，每组分为10只：伤速康涂膜液组、消炎散组、跌打万花油组、基质组分别进行抗炎、止痛实验；将豚鼠随机分成3组：伤速康涂膜液组、模型组、空白组进行伤速康涂膜液对软组织损伤模型的实验；将豚鼠4只，予以自身对照，进行皮肤过敏试验；将家兔20只，随机分为5组：破损皮肤高剂量组、破损皮肤低剂量组、完整皮肤高剂量组、完整皮肤低剂量组和对照组进行急性毒理学试验。

Methods Pathogenic bacteria from CSF were enriched by centrifugalization with high speed. Leukocytes were counted in microscope and the quantity of the protein was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.

ResultThe maximumabsorption wavelength of reaction solution was about 720nm.The fermentation volume,adding the activated carbonor not,pHvalue of reaction solution and so on had no great effect onthe determinationresults and they could increase the screening efficiency.The effect of ultrasonic treatment for20min was obvious.When50ml volumetric flask was used,the suitable sampling volume was 2.5ml.It was better to centrifugate the fermentationliquid and the supernatant could be taken after standing inthe determination when necessary.

结果反应液最大吸收波长在720nm左右；发酵体积、加入活性碳与否、反应液的pH值等对测定结果影响不大，在筛选时可大大提高效率；超声波处理20min效果明显；在用50ml容量瓶进行定容时，取样体积以2.5ml为宜；对发酵液进行离心效果更好些，但在必要的情况下，可静置后取上清测定。

The anti-microbial activity of active materials against valsa mail,fusarium oxysporum,coniothyrium diplodieua and aspergillus nidulans were measured in vitro.the results showed that active materials extracted using acetone,aether and petroleum ether presented fungistasis to different extent on the four pathogenic fungi and had the best effect to coniothyrium diplodieua.active material extracted using ethanol presented certain anti-microbial effect to fusarium oxysporum.the results also showed there were anti-microbial active material in the leaves of cichorium intybus and founded a base on the research and application.

然后以提取液为供试药剂，对苹果腐烂病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、构巢曲霉病菌4种植物病原真菌进行离体活性测定。结果表明：丙酮、乙醚、石油醚的提取液对4种病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用，其中对葡萄白腐病菌抑制效果最好；乙醇的提取液对枯萎病菌具有一定的抑制作用。表明菊苣叶中存在抑菌活性成分，补充了菊苣抑菌活性的研究内容，为该种植物抑菌活性成分的研究和应用奠定基础。

Results:(1) Spin-echo sequence included axial, coronal and sagittal images. In T1-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense,the cistern is hypointense; in T2-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense, CSF shows hyperintense, and the arteries of posterior fossa appear hypointense flow voids. The cisternal cranial nerves are not clearly demonstrated in the routine spin-echo images. In 3D-time of flight images, the brain tissue shows isointense, CSF is hypointense, the artery shows hyperintense,and the cranial nerves show linear isointense.

2，结果：(1)常规SE序列横断面、冠状面及矢状面T1WI显示延髓等脑组织呈等信号，延髓周围池脑脊液呈黑色低信号，T2WI显示脑组织为等信号、脑脊液为白色高信号，脑底动脉在池内高信号背景下由于&流空效应&而表现为低信号，常规序列由于成像参数关系而不能直接显示脑池内颅神经；三维时间飞跃(3D-TOF)成像序列显示脑组织为等信号，脑脊液为低信号，而脑池内脑底动脉则呈高信号、脑池内后组颅神经为线状等信号。

METHODS: 10 mL bone marrow was extracted from dog posterior superior iliac spine, heparin anticoagulation, diluted using Hanks juice, treated with 1.077 g/mL Ficoll solution 3 mL, and centrifuged at 2 000 r/min for 20 minutes. Karyocytes were absorbed to form white cloudlike layering interface, and then centrifuged twice using DMEM supplemented with fetal bovine serum, incubated at 12×104/cm2 at 37 ℃ in a 5% CO2 incubator.
