The results of evaluation the efficiency of space disinfection by using gas-ozone in the negative pressure isolation room of hospital showed that the range of ozone concentration in the negative pressure isolation room was 0.045~5ppm during the conditions was the outlet ozone concentration 100ppm and flow rate 300LPM. According to the studies, the efficiency of space disinfection could reach 99% for more bacteria and virus under this ozone concentration.

以CFD软体模拟气相臭氧释放於负压病房内之流场，藉以评估臭氧直接空间消毒杀菌之效能，本研究设定臭氧机出口浓度100ppm (流量300LPM)，则分布於空间之臭氧浓度值范围约为0.045~5ppm，根据相关文献指出，对於大部份细菌与病毒可达到99%之消毒效率。
