In this thesis, tentative research was carried out that pyrogenation of fire retardant coating was analyzed: the heat-resistant effect of it would be weaken when the temperature was between 200℃and 400℃.

本课题尝试性地对SWH室外厚型钢结构防火涂料在高温试验的基础上进行了热重分析，结果表明：在200℃～400℃期间，SWH室外厚型钢结构防火涂料的阻热性能减弱。

本文对上述工艺中所涉及到的各步反应都作了详细的讨论，确定了反应的条件和催化剂，并对所得实验室产品进行了分析，结果发现，该涂料具有干燥时间较短，耐水性、硬度较好的特点，我们希望它能够得到实际的应用，使传统涂料摆脱工业用甲苯、二甲苯有毒试剂的污染物的困扰。

The study evaluated the influence of the two different polyol's raw material origins and the different dispersing additives in the polyurethane coatings formulations on the weathering resistance by glossmetry, spectrocolorimetry, chalking test, infrared spectroscopy etc. The influence of light stabilizer and dispersant on the degradation characteristerics of polyurethane coating has also been evaluated. Ultraviolet radiation from sunlight causes the chalking of resin and the fading of pigment by breaking down the chemical bonds in coatings.
