A relevant action trajectories and law based on the artificial dynamic simulation of painting were gained . Meanwhile, logic action and manipulator function were designed, the gripper of which was promoted. Furthermore, several sand models synchronization gripper structure was analyzed, which achieved dipping and painting 8 sand models at the same time.

为了解决铸造砂型因人工上涂料效率低下的问题，在不同的上涂料方法中选择了适合机械操作的浸涂工艺，采用了基于浸涂的人工动态模拟，获得了完成相关动作需要的运动轨迹及其规律，进行了针对机械手功能和逻辑动作的设计，并对它的夹持功能作了优化改进，提出了多件砂型同步夹持的结构形式，实现了一次完成8件砂型浸涂的高效率操作。
