In recent years, some new water glass sand processes have been developed according to the rule of water glass theory. We have developed the coating transferring precision casting process to be used in mold making. A new reinforce 2000 multiplex denature water glass has been invented. The specific binding strength is improved 1～1. 5 times and the addition amount of new water glass can be reduced to 2. 8～3. 0% for CO〓 sand process.
