The measurement of turgidity fresh weight takes much time and produces many test errors. In order to solve the problems mentioned above more accurately, a monomoleeular growth formula is adopted in this paper.With mathematic deduction, the formula to count the turgidity fresh weight can be obtained.

本文用单分子生长方程模拟植物叶片在水中吸水饱和过程，通过数学推导得到叶片饱和鲜重的计算公式：W=(W_1~2-W_0·W_2)/(2W_1-W_0-W_2)式中，W_T为饱和鲜重：W_0为起始鲜重；W_1为浸水t_0时间后的叶片重；W_2为再次浸水t_0时间后的叶片重。
