Seaweed extract-EClean was applied to treatment for eutrophication water. Quantative detection of nitrogen cycle bacteria showed that seaweed extract could improve the growth of ammonifying bacteria, nitrosobacteria and nitrobacteria in the treated water. There was also an increasing trend in the number of denitrifying bacteria in aerated treatment water, which showed that the seaweed extract could accelerate nitrogen cycle and the release of nitrogen from water.

利用国外引进的海藻提取物EClean制剂对富营养化水体进行处理试验，经过定量测定处理和对照水体中氮循环细菌数量的变化，得出EClean制剂能够促进水体的氨化细菌、亚硝化细菌、硝化细菌的生长，并维持了曝气条件下一定数量的反硝化细菌，通过此处理使得在同一反应器中、同一条件下完成硝化作用和反硝化作用成为可能，加速了水体的氮素循环，使水体总氮下降明显。

Result: All the basic additives investigated in the experiment showed good potential to relieve the level of acid collection in the course of PLGA degradation. Among those, the relieving ability of NaHCO3 was in the top, basic amino acid in the moderate, while Algin and chitosan ranked lower. 5% addition of Lysine produced a best outcome.

结果：各种碱性添加剂都有一定的缓解酸度的能力， NaHCO3的缓解能力最强，海藻酸钠和壳聚糖的缓解能力较低，而碱性氨基酸的缓解能力适中；赖氨酸为5%时的添加量时能够得到较佳的综合调节缓解效果。

Materials and methods: The composite was respectively prepared by blending Lysine, Histidine, Arginine with PLGA, while the composite respectively prepared by blending Algin, chitosan, NaHCO3 with PLGA as the comparison and the pure PLGA as the control. All composites were degradated in tri-distilled-water at 37℃ for 7 weeks. The degradation property of PLGA with the addition of basic additives was investigated by using gross observation, the pH change of degradation solution and the mass loss ration of the composite.
