本院报告1例45岁女性，以咽喉异物感为主诉，经间接喉镜检查初步臆断为会厌囊肿，经直接喉镜下手术切除时难以止血，只好以钾钛磷雷射烧灼残存的肿瘤组织后方止血，最后病理确定诊断为会厌海绵状血管瘤之罕见案例。
