Results: There were 18 cases of astrocytomas, 2 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 1 cases of dermoid cyst, 1 cases of syringopontia, 1 cases of inflammatory granuloma accompanied with hecrosis and 1 cases of AVM of brain stem in 25 cases.

结果 25例病人中，星形细胞瘤18例，海绵状血管瘤2例，血管母细胞瘤1例，表皮囊肿1例，桥脑空洞症1例，炎性肉芽肿组织伴坏死1例，脑干AVM 1例。

All patients had intradural lesions: 3 schwannomas, 1 cavernoma, and 1 arachnoid cyst.

所有病人均合并硬膜内损伤：3例神经鞘瘤、1例海绵状血管瘤、1例蛛网膜囊肿。

METHODS: Intratumor injection betamethasone (betamethasone dipropionate/betamethasone disodium phosphate) was used to treated 32 patients of strawberry hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma and mixed hemangioma (M 10,F 22; age 8 mo～6 a; tumor size 3 mm×5 mm～20 mm×45 mm).

Results Cavernous hemangiomas had a enhancement from edge to inside after contrast enhancement scan,and had equal-density with spleen in plain scan. Cystic focus of spleen had not enhanced in contrast scan with lubricous border. Lymphangioma enhanced in contrast scan with multiple round focus.

结果 海绵状血管瘤增强扫描呈边缘强化并向中心充填，延期扫描病灶可完全弥合与脾成等密度；脾囊肿呈圆形或椭圆形囊状占位，水样密度，边缘光滑，不强化为其特点；淋巴管瘤的典型表现是多发低密度灶，可有间隔状强化。

Cavernoma should be considered when a solid suprasellar mass has hemorrhage (mimicking cystic- adamantinomatous craniopharingioma).

当一个实性的鞍上肿块（？类似于囊实性颅咽管瘤）有出血时要考虑到海绵状血管瘤。

Materials and Methods 15 cases included 8 salivary gland mixed tumors, 2 capillary hemangiomas, 3 squamous cell carcinoma and 2 mucous epidermoid cyst.

Postoperative pathological results revealed that 79 cases (86.8%) were low-grade gliomas, 4 cavernous hemangiomas, 4 anaplastic astrocytomas, 2 gliosis, 1 arteriovenous malformation, and 1 gliosarcoma.
