Enteromorpha was used as food and pharmaceutical product since ancient times.some pharmacodynamic action components are contained in Enteromorpha.for example,it has amount of anti- anabrosis substance which effected on anabrotic patient and duodenal ones efficiently.But the studies about polysaccharide of Enteromorpha are less. Enteromorpha has many good qualities ,distinct more widely,lower price et.al.which are excellent resource to develop marine drugs.In this study, we determined the regulating blood sugar and blood lipid activity of alkali-extracted polysaccharide from Enteromorpha.

浒苔自古即为食用和药用藻类，它有很多药效成份，如浒苔中具有大量的抗溃疡物质，对胃溃疡患者和十二指肠患者有效，但有关浒苔多糖的研究国内外文献报道较少，浒苔分布广泛具有取材方便，价格低廉的优点，是开发海洋药物的极好资源，本文选用浒苔作为研究材料，用碱提取浒苔细胞壁多糖并对其有无降血糖、血脂的生物活性进行研究。

海洋细菌由于其本身的种群多样性、生理生化类群多样性、生态功能多样性、遗传特征多样性等特点以及同赤潮藻类错综复杂的生态关系，在赤潮生消过程中有着极其重要的作用，细菌杀藻现象为微生物防治赤潮提供了可能途径，因此菌藻关系已经成为当前赤潮研究的重点和热点。

For research of bivalve's effect on marine plankton community structure, we conducted Aug.—Dec. 1996 experiment to study the two bivalves' feeding selectivity and their filter－feeding rates. For observing the feeding selectivity, Chlorella sp., Chaetoceros muelleri, Lermmerman, Nitzschia closterium and Pyramidomonas sp.

于1996年8—12月，分别从青岛海洋大学太平角实验基地和胶南市水产养殖研究所采集海湾扇贝和太平洋牡蛎，采用室内实验的方法，比较研究了不同规格的两种贝类对4种不同大小藻类的选择性及水温对其滤除率的影响。
