海上航道

Article 22 A vessel shall, when washing the cabin, driving air or replacing the cabin, select safe water areas, be far from crowded navigable areas, vessel's routing system areas, navigation-forbidden areas, navigation channels, ferries, harbors for passenger liners, harbors for dangerous goods, military harbors, locks, large bridges, underwater passages and important targets alongshore under protection, and shall, before carrying out the operations, report to the maritime administrative institution for ratification.

第二十二条船舶进行洗舱、驱气或者置换，应当选择安全水域，远离通航密集区、船舶定线制区、禁航区、航道、渡口、客轮码头、危险货物码头、军用码头、船闸、大型桥梁、水下通道以及重要的沿岸保护目标，并在作业之前报海事管理机构核准，核准程序和手续按本规定第十三条关于单航次海上危险货物过驳作业的规定执行。

当船舶在海上，或内水，港口，船坞，游艇停泊港，航道，船台，浮码头，或在硬地或泥地，或在岸上的仓库中使用，包括起浮或是拖带及船舶下水，在有领航员或没有领航员的情况下，为进行试航，协助、拖带遇难船舶或航空器，或是依习惯船舶出海航行时。保证该船舶不能被拖带，除非是依习惯或是基于协助的需要，或是为执行船舶所有人、船长、船舶管理人、或是承租人事先安排的合同项下的拖带或救助服务。
