In the pelagic subsystem,there are 4biological state variables which were represented by functional groups:flagellate,diatom,pelagic bacteria and zooplankton.In the benthic subsystem,there were 5 biological state variables represented also by functional groups:macrobenthos,meiobenthos,aerobic and anaerobic bacteria,and shrimp-which is actually epibenthos.

将浮游亚生态系又划分为4个功能群，分别为：鞭毛藻、浮游硅藻、水体中细菌和浮游动物，将底栖亚生态系划分为5个功能群，分别为大型底栖动物、小型底栖动物、底栖厌氧菌、底栖好氧菌，对于营底上生活的对虾也划分在这一亚生态系中予以考虑。

The H value was calculated to be 0.246 using Shannon-Wiener diversity index method.By aquatic reservoir evaluation criteria, combined with the type and density of zooplankton,it could be clearly determined that the water quality was seriously polluted and eutrophic.4.Comprehensive assessment of water quality:Affected by the influxion of sewage, slow flow velocity,high contents of nitrogen and phosphorus,the quantities of both zooplankton and phytoplankton at 1st point were relatively high,with the appearance of various indicator species of water pollution.

计算Shannon-Wiener多样性指数法得出H值为0.246，通过水库水生生物评价标准，结合浮游动物种类和密度，可以很清楚判定水质为污染严重，已经呈富营养化。4水质综合评价：排污口1号采样点受生活污水的大量排入的影响，且水流流速缓慢，水中氮磷含量高，因而浮游动物和浮游藻类数量都很高，而且出现很多污染生物指示种，综合分析该水层水质属污染严重的富营养化。

Five water sampling collected from Miyun Reservoir were observed quantitatively. Thirty-six species of zooplankton including 11 protozoan, 15 rotifers,6 cladocero and 4 copepoda were found. The results showed the eutrophicational feature, such as lower biodiversity ,miniaturization and more amount.

浮游动物共检出4门，30属，36种；浮游动物群落具有原生动物数量多，轮虫次之，枝角类与桡足类量少的特点，呈现出浮游动物数量大、小型化、多样性低等伴随水体富营养化出现的特征。
