Firstly, XRD, TEM and FT-IR were used to characterize the structure of CNTs treated by dense HC1, dense HNO_3, HNO_3, H_2SO_4-HNO_3, K_2Cr_2O_7-H_2SO_4 and bromic acid. The results showed that purification treatment had no change on the structure of CNTs. But on the top of CNTs have function group such as -OH and -COOH after H_2SO_4-HNO_3 and K_2Cr_2O_7-H_2SO_4 were treated.

采用浓HCl、浓HNO_3、H_2SO_4-HNO_3、K_2Cr_2O_7-H_2SO_4、溴水共5组物质分别对CNTs进行纯化处理；借助XRD、TEM、FT-IR等分析手段对处理前后CNTs结构及形貌进行表征，发现以上5种物质纯化处理并不会对CNTs结构造成很大影响，其中H_2SO_4-HNO_3和K_2Cr_2O_7-H_2SO_4处理效果较好，除杂的同时CNTs端口带上-OH或-COOH活性官能团。
