METHODS: Using tissue culture technique, the maximal non-toxic concentration of luteolin in swine testicle cell culture was measured, and the inhibitory effect of luteolin on TGEV was measured by cytophathogenic effect observation and crystal violet measurement. In addition, the degrees of inhibition of the luteolin on CPE of virus in cell culture were observed by changing sequence of adding the vires and the drag. RESULTS : The maximal non-toxic concentration of luteolin was 873.39 μmol/L.

采用细胞培养法，通过结晶紫摄入量测定结合细胞病变作用，观察木犀草素在不同的加药方式下，对感染TGEV的猪睾丸细胞的保护作用、结果：TGEV病毒先吸附ST细胞再加入药液，先与TGEV病毒孵育再接种于卯细胞，或药液先与细胞孵育再用病毒感染等不同方式下，木犀草素在0.84-54.50μmaol／L浓度范围内，均能明显地提高细胞的存活数。

For five Enterobacteriaceaes tested for ESBLs by double-disk method, two primers were designed and synthetized: TEM-1and SHV-1, ESBLs gene type was amplified, sequenced and analyzed by PCR; the minimal inhibitory concentrations of Cetiofur combined BLI-Tazobactam to the five Enterobacteriaceae according to different proportions were carried out with two fold dilution method.

对产生ESBLs的5株致病性大肠埃希氏菌，设计并合成TEM-1和是SHV-12对引物，用PCR方法进行了ESBLs的DNA扩增、测序和基因型分析；用试管二倍稀释法测定头孢噻呋与BLI-他唑巴坦钠以不同配比对产生ESBLs大肠埃希氏菌的最小抑菌浓度。

Fifteen japonica and 15 indica rice cultivars were grown in the field for two crop seasons both in Taipei and Taichung. The conditions was as follows: Maxima 820 workstation,Hypersil column ODSC_(18)(4.6mm×200mm 5μm),UV detective wavelength 247nm,Flow rate 1.0ml/min,sensitivity 0.01 AUFS Mobile phase is composed of acetonitrile,H_2O,methanol(45:55:1).By which the inerference of impurity may be avoided and there is a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area.

本文建立了体内外氟比洛芬样品的HPLC测定方法：色谱柱：4.6mm×200mm Hypersil ODSC_(18)(4.6mm×200mm 5μm，)紫外检测波长247nm；流动相为乙腈：水：甲醇=45：55：1，流速：1.0ml/min；柱温：室温；灵敏度：0.01AUFS，进样量：20μL，该法可将氟比洛芬与杂质分离，浓度与峰面积之间呈良好的线性关系，满足分析要求。

Lastly, the comparison of those PVDF hollow fibers membrane before and after modification has been studied by separately applied them to practically oil water (with confected concentration of 60mg/L) separation test, the decrease of water flux was measured, according to the results, grafted hollow fiber membrane showed better antipollution capability, it indicated that this method is practicable and effective.

最后，将改性前后的中空纤维膜分别应用于油水(自配浓度为60mg/L)分离试验，测定膜通量的衰减，数据表明改性后的PVDF中空纤维膜表面的抗污染能力有很大程度的提高，这说明用表面化学接枝改性的方法可以改善疏水的PVDF膜表面，该方法是切实可行的。
