The energy spectrum showed that n/n atom ratio is about 1.61:1 which is very similar to that of HA and human bone. The active surface of the porous titanium after acid-alkali treatment and SBF solution condition which calcium-phosphorus ions was supersaturated induced the formation of Ca/P deposition layer.

The results of study on drought mechanism for 4 Dactylis glomerata L. under continuously water stress and rewatering show: the water saturation deficit of leaves arose hastily, and ZXY04P-239 changed most obviously while ZXY04P-201 changed only slightly under drought stress. ZXY03P-173 and ZXY04P-201 increased in the relative plasmalemma permeability and the soluble sugar content while thant of ZXY04P-75 and ZXY04P-239 showed the trend of initial increasing, reaching the peak at the 8th day, then decreasing under drought stress.

Mean fluorescent intensity of F-actin and VEGF were determined by flow cytometry.Results There is no toxicity on cardiomyocytes when PD is at concentration of 0.02 mmol/L and 0.2 mmol/L while there is toxicity at concentration of 2 mmol/L. CVB3 could reduce the viability of cardiomyocytes, depolymerize F-actin cytoskeleton and reorganize VEGF protein.
