Quantitative analysis of protein adsorption: The PS suspension containing lysozyme was subjected to ultracentrifuge (15 000 r/min) to collect clear aqueous solution. The lysozyme concentration in the clear solution was measured by spectrophotometry at 280 nm. The amount of protein adsorbed on PS surface was calculated based on the decrease in the protein concentration in the supernatant solution.

蛋白吸附定量分析：采用高速离心(15 000 r/min)法从含溶菌酶蛋白的聚苯乙烯悬浮液中分离出上清液，用紫外(280 nm)分光光度法测定经聚苯乙烯微球表面吸附后，液相蛋白质量浓度的下降值，由此推算蛋白在聚苯乙烯表面的吸附量。

Methods Beagle dog liver microsomes were prepared by using ultracentrifuge method. After incubating 0.4 μmolL^(-1) MN9202 with 1 gL^(-1) microsomes for 30 min at 37℃, the reaction was terminated by adding 0.5 mL alkalization. The RP-HPLC was used to determine the drug in the incubation mixture.

差速离心法制备Beagle犬肝微粒体酶，0.4μmolL^(-1)的MN9202与1.0gL^(-1)的肝微粒体酶在37℃水浴中孵育30min，加入0.5mL碱化液终止反应，然后采用RP-HPLC法测定孵育液中MN9202原形药物的浓度。
