Therefore, the effects of ionic strengthof eluents and sample concentration on the molecular weight determination of acidicpolysaccharides and neutral polysaccharides were investigated in HPGPC(Ultrahydroge〓 column) for the first time. Meanwhile, the chromatographiccondition for molecular weight determination of polysaccharides by HPGPC wasoptimized with Dextran series as standards to perform calibration plot.

为此，我们首次采用HPGPC(Ultrahydrogel〓柱)探讨了流动相的离子强度以及样品浓度对中性多糖和酸性多糖分子量测定结果的影响，并对HPGPC测定多糖分子量的条件进行了优化。
