Change in the concentration of endogenous IAA was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the distribution of IAA-binding protein in the protoplasts in the cambial region was tested with an immuno-fluorescence technique, being improved by the authors, during the cambial active period in Broussonetia papyrifera L.

构树（Broussonetia papyriferaVent。）形成层活动周期中用酶联免疫吸附法测定了形成层区域的内源IAA浓度的变化，并用自行发展的免疫荧光检测方法测定了由此处生活细胞制得的原生质体中IAA结合蛋白的分布。

Was studied by Folin Ciocalteu colorimetry. The results showed that polyphenol content of C. album could be well calculated according to their colorime tric absorption at 765nm by applying Folin Ciocalteu reagent 1.5mL and 10% Na2CO3 6 mL,2 h at 30℃ for colorimetric reaction, and the linear range of standard curve was 7-70mg/L.The method established was very convenient, stable and accurate.Key words: Canarium album Rauesch.;polyphenol;colorimetry

结果表明：橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL，10% Na2CO3 6 mL，反应时间2 h，温度30℃的条件下进行显色，并于765 nm处测定其吸光值，多酚质量浓度在7～70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系，根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定，该方法简单方便，稳定性好，准确度高。

Accuracy of determination of deacetylation degree of chitosan by two abrupt change conductometric titration was studied, and effects of chitosan solution concentration, viscosity and deacetylation degree on the result of equivalence point were also investigated.

结果表明：壳聚糖样品质量浓度控制在2～6g/L，利用双突跃电位滴定法可以测定壳聚糖的脱乙酰度，不同样品脱乙酰度测定结果RSD小于0.61%(n=3)，该方法具有较高地准确性，可以用于壳聚糖生产和加工过程中的质量控制与检测

The antifungal activities of these materials were investigated and build foundation to develop low poison plant antifungal products. In experiment, polyphenols were extracted by reflux ectraction method which applyed petroleum ether to degrease and methyl alcohol solvent. Phenolic hydroxyl were examined and inspected by colour-developing reaction and the content of total polyphenols was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Screening test were performed to the antifungal activities of polyphenol extraction by the tube dilution method to the selected ten pathogenic fungus such as Dothiorella gregaria, Rhizoctonia solani, Phyllosticta pirina, and the minimal inhibitory concentration were measured. The column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were applyed to separate and analyse cortex extracts of Dracaena cochinchinensi Lour.

实验部分采用以石油醚脱脂，甲醇为溶剂的回流提取法来提取植物多酚，用显色反应检识酚羟基；采用紫外分光光度法对多酚粗体物进行总多酚含量的测定；选取了聚生小穴壳菌、立枯丝核菌、梨叶点霉等10株常见农林业致病真菌，采用试管液基稀释法对多酚粗提取物进行了抗真菌活性筛选试验，并测定其最低抑菌浓度；采用柱层析法和薄层层析法对其中抑菌效果较好的龙血竭进行分离分析，根据其中3种化合物的光谱数据UV、IR、~(13C-NMR、1H-NMR和MS鉴定其结构。

METHODS: Whole blood samples (3.000 L) from 10 healthyvolunteers (2 female, 8 male) were acidified by adding 40 Lof hydrochloric acid of increasing molarity to achieve a bloodpH between 7.0 and 7.37, and coagulation was analyzedby rotational thromboelastometry after an incubation periodof 30 min using both intrinsically and extrinsically activated assays.

来自10名健康志愿者（2女，8男）的全血样本(3.000L)，加入40L 摩尔浓度增加的盐酸酸化以达到血 pH介於7.0和7.37之间。用本质和非本质活化测定法孵化30分钟后，再用旋转血栓弹性测定法分析凝血功能。

A fungus CTB430-1 with resistance to copper and zinc was isolated from soil at a copper and Zinc Tailing of Linxiang in Yueyang city, Hunan province. The fungus was identified by analyzing the morphology and measuring the ITS sequence. The effects of pH, initial concentration, co-ions on the growth of CTB430-1 and bioaccumulation of Cu2+ and Zn2+ were studied. The protein and glutathione in the cells were determined by using the coomassie brilliant blue method and iodometric method, respectively.

摘 要：从湖南省岳阳市临湘铜锌尾砂坝土壤内分离、纯化得到1株抗铜和锌的菌株CTB430-1，分析该菌株形态和测定菌株ITS基因序列鉴定菌种，研究不同pH值、金属离子初始浓度和金属离子共存对菌体生长量和富集重金属的影响；分别采用考马斯亮兰法和碘量法测定菌体内可溶性蛋白和还原性谷胱甘肽含量。

Under the optimum conditions, the liner range is 0 to 200 mg/L for BSA and 0 to 125 mg/L for HSA, the molar absorptivity is 1.61×10^5 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1) for bovine serum albumin and 1.75×10^5 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1) for human serum albumin. Based on this, a new method is proposed to determine protein. After the method is applied in the determination of the total proteins in real human serum samples, the results are in good agreement with the Kjeldahl method.

Methods 45 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia, 40 patients with obstructive azoospcrmia and 40 healthy subjects were involved in this study. Serum FSH, LH and T levels were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay, and serum INHB was measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
