结果表明:橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL,10% Na2CO3 6 mL,反应时间2 h,温度30℃的条件下进行显色,并于765 nm处测定其吸光值,多酚质量浓度在7~70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系,根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定,该方法简单方便,稳定性好,准确度高。

The antifungal activities of these materials were investigated and build foundation to develop low poison plant antifungal products. In experiment, polyphenols were extracted by reflux ectraction method which applyed petroleum ether to degrease and methyl alcohol solvent. Phenolic hydroxyl were examined and inspected by colour-developing reaction and the content of total polyphenols was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Screening test were performed to the antifungal activities of polyphenol extraction by the tube dilution method to the selected ten pathogenic fungus such as Dothiorella gregaria, Rhizoctonia solani, Phyllosticta pirina, and the minimal inhibitory concentration were measured. The column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were applyed to separate and analyse cortex extracts of Dracaena cochinchinensi Lour.

A fungus CTB430-1 with resistance to copper and zinc was isolated from soil at a copper and Zinc Tailing of Linxiang in Yueyang city, Hunan province. The fungus was identified by analyzing the morphology and measuring the ITS sequence. The effects of pH, initial concentration, co-ions on the growth of CTB430-1 and bioaccumulation of Cu2+ and Zn2+ were studied. The protein and glutathione in the cells were determined by using the coomassie brilliant blue method and iodometric method, respectively.

Under the optimum conditions, the liner range is 0 to 200 mg/L for BSA and 0 to 125 mg/L for HSA, the molar absorptivity is 1.61×10^5 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1) for bovine serum albumin and 1.75×10^5 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1) for human serum albumin.
