浓度测定

This study was designed to investigate the mechanisms of histone deacetylase inhibitors(sulfonamide anilide compound referred as the "Compound") with antitumor activity against human bladder cancer cells. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Treated with different concentrations of the Compound and HCPT for different periods of time, human bladder cancer cell line BIU-87 growthwas measured by MTT assay.

材料与方法：以不同浓度的Compound和羟基喜树碱作用于体外培养的膀胱癌BIU-87细胞株；采用MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率；以流式细胞术测定不同浓度的Compound和HCPT作用前后膀胱癌细胞的调亡情况及细胞周期的变化；应用RT-PCR分析Compound和HCPT作用前后膀胱癌细胞中P21waf/cif1 mRNA表达的变化。

材料与方法：以不同浓度的Compound和羟基喜树碱作用于体外培养的膀胱癌BIU-87细胞株；采用MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率；以流式细胞术测定不同浓度的Compound和HCPT作用前后膀胱癌细胞的调亡情况及细胞周期的变化；应用RT-PCR分析Compound和HCPT作用前后膀胱癌细胞中P21(上标 waf/cif1)mRNA表达的变化。

Methods: Separated 120 cases with glomerular diseases into chronic glomerular nephritis group (70 cases, including 33 cases with normal serum creatinine, 17 cases with azotemia, 20 cases with uremia, 33 cases accompanied with hypertension), acute nephritis group (12 cases), nephritic syndrome group (38 cases), and selected 30 healthy cases as control group. Detected concentration of NO in serum with nitrate reductase method, and made comparison among groups.

120例肾小球疾病患者分为慢性肾小球肾炎组（70例，其中血清肌酐正常33例，氮质血症17例，尿毒症20例，伴有高血压33例）、急性肾炎组（12例）、肾病综合征组（38例），同期选择30例健康体检者作为对照组，采用稍酸还原酶法测定肾小球疾病患者及对照组血浆NO浓度，并对各组NO浓度进行比较。

MethodsAfter oral administration of Wuchai Particles(2 g/kg) for the mice , the serum was collected at different time points .The components in the Wuchai Particles and serum were analyzed by HPLC to monitor the changes of the schizandrin in serum so as to draw the curve of concentration connected with time .

The components in the Wuchai Particles and serum were analyzed by HPLC to monitor the changes of the schizandrin in serum so as to draw the curve of concentration connected with time . ResultsThe main component in Wuchai Particles was schizandrin ; after oral administration of Wuchai Particles , the schizandrin in serum of mice was detected .
