为了解重金属离子污染对鱼体质地的影响，通过外源添加不同浓度的Zn、Cu、Pb、Cr、Cd重金属离子，采用质构仪测定添加不同浓度金属离子对肌动球蛋白和肌球蛋白黏性和凝胶特性的影响。

A novel method for determination of benzoyl peroxide with spectrophotometry was developed. Inclusion ratio of β cyclodextrin to dibenzoy peroxide and benzoic acid is obtained with spectrophotometry.The mechanism of the inclusion was studied,too. The results showed that β-CD react with dibenzoyl peroxide to form a 1:1 or 2:1 host-guest complex, with the apparent formation constants of 5.0× 10~2and 2.5× 10~4 , respectively.β-CD reacts with benzoic acid to form a 1:1 host-guest complex with the apparent formation constant of 6.9 × 10~2 after the dibenzoyl peroxide was reduced by hydroxyl ammonium chloride.

建立了用β环糊精测定过氧化苯甲酰的分光光度法，并测定了β环糊精与过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的包结比，随着β-CD浓度的增大，可与BPO分别形成1：1或2：1的包容络合物，包结常数分别为5.0×10~2和2.5×10~4，与苯甲酸形成1：1的包容络合物，包结常数为6.9×10~2；由于包结物的吸光度值比过氧化苯甲酰的吸光度值大大增加，建立了一种当β-CD存在下，在水溶液中测定过氧化苯甲酰的方法。

The growth of H. fusiformis was determined by weighting the fresh algae every two days and the photosynthetic oxygen evolution was assayed by a Clark-type oxygen electrode. To determine the contents of chlorophyll a and UV-absorbing compounds, methanol extracts from H. fusiformis were scanned from 250 to 750 nm. The concentration of chlorophyll a was calculated using the equation of Porra and the contents of UVAC per fresh mass were estimated by determining the ratio of UVAC to chlorophyll a according to Dunlap et al and multiplying the ratio of chlorophyll a content to fresh weight of the sample used.

After 24 hours, all rats were anesthetized again and their left common carotid arteries were cannulated to facilitate blood withdrawal for serum sample. The contents of tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum were determined before and after experiment by ELISA; the activity of superoxide dismutase and content of malondialdehyde were determined by xanthinoxidanse method and modified TBA microdetermination. The content of NO2(superscript -)/NO3(superscript -), and activity of nitric oxide synthase and inducible NOS were determined by nitrate reductase method, and chemical chromogenic reaction, respectively; the immunoglobulin G, IgA, IgM and complement 3 (C3) and C4 were determined by immunoprecipitation method before and after experiment.

The testing methods and targets were shown as below:Recorded milk weights from the 7th day postpartum to 15th day postpartum,and calculate the average day-milk yield;Milk samples were draw in 7th day and 14th day postpartum,and testing the milk fat,milk lactose,milk protein,milk Zn and the milk somatic cell counts;Blood samples were adopted at the 7th day postpartum,testing the levels of serum PRL; Blood samples adopted at the 1st day and the 12th day in oestrous cycle were used to test the levels of E_2 and P_4 in serum;In the experimental stage, registering the condition of parturition, the mean birth weight of calves,the first oestrus,the oestrus scycle postpartum and the conception rate of the first service after artificial insemination.

试验方法及所测指标如下：于产后第七天到第十四天记录日产奶量，最后计算每组平均日产奶量；每组随机抽取分娩后第七天、第十四天的奶样，测定乳糖、乳蛋白、乳脂、乳锌含量及乳体细胞数；于产后第七天，随机采取奶牛血样，测定血清中PRL含量；于发情周期的当天和第12天，随机采取血样，测定血清中雌二醇(Estradiol，E2)和孕酮(Progesterone，P)的浓度；记录奶牛的分娩情况、犊牛初生重、产后第一次发情日期、产后发情周期，并采用人工授精技术进行受精，记录第一情期受胎率，最后取平均值，作为衡量奶牛繁殖性能的指标。

The results showed that the seed germination rate decreased gradually as the NaCl concentration increased .The seed germination rate and imbibition rate was lowest when the seeds were treated with 200 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl; the recovery rate of ungerminated seeds in 150 and 200 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl had no significant difference with the control and it was more higher than the seeds in100 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl.

The test groups were drenched orally with different dosages of compound Radix scutellariae granules.
