活性污泥经过洗涤去除吸附的有机物后，将其制成浓度为200 mg/L左右的接种溶液用于低值BOD5测定，测量结果介于采用稀释法测定和差压计直接测定结果之间。

The relation of interfacial adsorption equilibrium in the solution system was respectively tested and calculated with Gibbs equation and dynamic method .The conclusion showed that (1) the experiment result of dynamic method with was highly in coordination with the value which from theoretical calculation.(2) The surfactant molecule was in arrangement of monomolecular layer at the gas-liquid interface.

用吊环法测定了十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液不同浓度与其界面张力的关系，拟合得到的回归方程为σ=-0.9523 ln ~2C-24.534 ln C-81.411，同时还测得其临界胶束浓度值CMC为6.5×10~(-3M，运用吉布斯等温方程和动态法分别计算和测定了该溶液系统的界面吸附平衡关系，结论表明：(1)动态法测定结果基本吻合吉布斯方程的理论计算；(2)表面活性剂分子在气—液两相界面是以单分子层形式定向有序排列的。

The results indicate that the deviation of viscosity concentration is still not acceptable for most of the pigments, although the solid content of pigment slurry is well linear with the reciprocal of the square root of viscosity. Furthermore, the slight fluctuation of solid content which is close to the viscosity concentration can cause significant variation of the low shear viscosity according to the calculation, and result in the uncredible test value of viscosity concentration.

结果表明，尽管颜料悬浮液固含量与黏度平方根倒数的线性关系相当好，但对于相当一部分颜料，由此得到的黏浓度数据偏差仍然不可接受；而且根据测算，在黏浓度点附近，固含量的微小波动会造成低剪切黏度很大的变化，导致黏浓度的测定结果不可靠。

摘 要：通过测定脱气而不蒸馏的啤酒样品及浸出物溶液的比重，在开发的软件程序上运行后可得出酒精度、真正浓度、原麦汁浓度及真正发酵度等参数结果，该方法不需额外实验室硬件投入，比GB4928—91标准中蒸馏法测酒精度及原麦汁浓度含量提高效率8倍。

The results summarized as follows:(1)The main pharmacokinetic parameters Tmax was about 2h, Cmax was 8.365, 7.519, 1.871, 6.485, 4.060μg/mL in blood, gill, kidney, liver, and muscle respectively, after oral administration at a dose of 30 mg/kg; while t1/2 were 8.180~23.249h. These showed that the NFLX absorption was rapid after oral administration of NFLX in Scophthalmus maximus, but the residence time in the fish was long.(2) T1/2 were 74.88~200.45h after oral administration at dose of 30 mg/kg for five consecutive days, which showed that the attenuation of NFLX in the fish body was slow and the residue concentration in the kidney was the highest.

另外，本文测定了大菱鲆成鱼体内NFLX的药物浓度，用MCP-KP药动学程序对所得的药物浓度-时间数据进行分析，结果表明：1单次混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，药物在大菱鲆体内的达峰时间为2h，血液、腮、肾脏、肝脏、肌肉达峰浓度分别为：8.365、7.519、1.871、6.485、4.060μg/mL，消除半衰期为8.180～23.249h，说明NFLX在大菱鲆体内吸收较迅速，但滞留时间较长。2连续五天混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，消除半衰期为74.88～200.45h，说明混饲口灌NFLX在大菱鲆体内消除缓慢，其中以肾脏中残留最显著。
