浓度测定

The concentration varying of Crand Fe was measured in the course of incubation to study the chromate reducing capability of microbe and effect of chromate on dissimilatory iron reduction .

并对16种多环芳烃定量测定，结果表明：以屈艹为最高，平均值为21.83ng/m3；荧蒽次之，平均值为21.14ng/m3；苯并芘的质量浓度为14.52ng/m3，不满足GB3095-96中的质量浓度限值。2001～2003年检测结果对比表明，部分监测点空气中多环芳烃的浓度有下降的趋势。

Membrane permeability, malondialdehyde contents and activities of antioxidant enzymes in Kochia prostrata seedlings were studied under different concentrations of salt stress. The result showed that the membrane permeability and MDA contents increased with the increasing of salt concentrations.

The fresh chicken feces were obtained from different age 18 healthy chicken, and were not detectedchlortetracycline. The mixture standard solution of CTC and OTC was added in fresh chicken feces at the concentration of 0.5, 1.0 and 4.0ug/ml respectively. 选取不同日龄健康鸡18只，实验期新鲜鸡粪，，经检测不含四环素类药物，然后加入金霉素标准液，使得各样品中制得的相应药品的浓度为0.5ug／mL、1.0ug／mL、4.0ug／mL，分为两个实验组，第1组放入培养箱中避光黑暗条件下；第2组置于室外自然光下，定时取样，取样时间为0、0.5、1、2、3、5、7、9、12和15d，鸡粪中药物的浓度用本实验建立的高效液相色谱法测定，根据药物降解动力学原理，对鸡粪中药物的浓度随时间的变化趋势进行曲线拟合，研究金霉素在环境鸡粪中的降解动态规律。

When the concentration is amended to 0.005 mol/L, the result is satisfactory:it has high sensitivity and good reproductiveness, and accurately accords with the reality.

GBZ/t160.29-2004中吸收液的浓度有误，将吸收液的浓度改为0.005mol/L后，结果的稳定性和重现性都很好，所测定氨的样品浓度更具真实性。

The EAG results showed that no significant difference between female and male S.bifasciatus.The EAG responses of S.bifasciatus to 3-Carene,Limonene,Terpinene and Thujopsene were increased with the concentration respecitively within the range of 1/1000-1/10.The results of "Y" tube olfactory bioassay showed the pests can be attracted by 1/100 Limonene,3-Carene and Thujopsene.Original and 1/10 Terpinene was the best. The preliminary bioassay showed that all compounds had certain fungicidal and insecticidal activities. The inhibition rates of compounds 5f and 5h were above 95% against Colle-totrichum gossypii at 100 mg/L, and the mortality rates of compounds 5g and 7d were above 85% against Tetranychus urticae at 250 mg/L.
