METHODS By nested polymerase chain reaction, the inactivation efficacy of three different concentrations of iodophor, potassium permanganate, Lysol,"84" disinfectant and jingxin liquid disinfectant was detected after TTV having been disinfected for 10, 30, 60 and 90 minutes by these disinfectants respectively.

采用巢式聚合酶链反应技术，检测 3种不同浓度的碘伏、高锰酸钾、煤酚皂液、&84&消毒液和金星消毒剂，对 TTV DNA分别消毒处理 10、30、6 0 min和 90 m in的灭活效果。结果碘伏在常规使用浓度(0 。5 %～ 1%)对 TTV DNA灭活效果好；高锰酸钾、来苏尔、&84&消毒液和金星消毒剂在高浓度下可灭活 TTV DNA ，而常规使用浓度对 TTV DNA灭活效果不好。

Thirty-six rats ,weighing(250±10)g, were randomly divided into normal group, experimental group and control group.Orthodontical devices were put between the upper incisor teeth and dens molaris in both experimental group and control group.The corrective force was adjusted to 60g.Salvia miltiorrhiza combination was implanted to each rat in the experimental group every day.The animals of both experimental group and control group were killed at 7,14 and 21 days.The upper dens malarias and periodontal tissue slices were observed under the light microscope and transmission electro microscope,and the X-ray dental films were taken and measured with digitization dental scanning apparatus and its software.

The corrective force was adjusted to 60g.Salvia miltiorrhiza combination was implanted to each rat in the experimental group every day.The animals of both experimental group and control group were killed at 7,14 and 21 days.The upper dens malarias and periodontal tissue slices were observed under the light microscope and transmission electro microscope,and the X-ray dental films were taken and measured with digitization dental scanning apparatus and its software.Result:The most fitting concentration of combined biological membrane was 0.80g;the speed of the remodeling of the periodontal tissue at the compression side in the experimental group was faster than that of the control group.

Database was developed using in-situ water components absorption data to analyze the correlationship between absorption coefficients of suspended substances and their concentrations in the water color bands of MODIS and MERIS reflectance,respectively.Based on the bio-optical theory models and the remote sensing retrieval semi-analysis algorithm of Carder-MODIS phytoplankton optical characteristics,the sensitive bands adapting to local water optical characteristics were selected to develop empirical models of inherent optical characteristics,apparent optical parameters and component concentrations.And the remote sensing retrieval of water inherent optical characteristics and concentrations in the Hangzhou Bay at the MODIS band was achieved by this model.

利用实测水体组分吸收数据建立分析数据集，分别分析MODIS与MERIS特征波段水体悬浮物吸收系数与悬浮物浓度和遥感反射率的相关性；在生物光学理论模型的基础上，参考Carder-MODIS浮游植物固有光学性质遥感反演半分析算法，选择适合本地(来源：ABC论7f文网www.abclunwen.com)水体光学特点的特征波段，建立固有光学参数、表观光学参数以及成分浓度之间的经验模型，基于MODIS特征波段实现杭州湾水体固有光学性质及其浓度的遥感反演。

建立了强电解质水溶液KBr-H2O、NH4Br-H2O和ZnBr2-H2O作用浓度的计算模型，计算了上述三个溴化物二元水溶液体系在温度为298.15K、质量摩尔浓度达到饱和前的作用浓度。

Results: The four linear calibration curves were obtained over the range 0.025μgml^(-1) to 3.2μgml^(-1) of amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA) in urine (r=0.9977-0.9998). The recoveries of the assay were better under different concentrations and the lowest concentration of detection reached the level of nanogram.

结果：4种苯丙胺类药物在尿药浓度为0.025-3.2μgml^(-1)范围内标准曲线的线性关系良好(r=0.9977-。09998)；高、中、低3种浓度各标准药物的回收率较高；日内、日间精密度的BSD基本符合小于10%的要求；最低检测浓度能够达到纳克级，具有较高的灵敏度。

结果表明，4家医院的5种BTEX的总浓度平均值为10.61~253.35μg/m 3.5种BTEX中，以甲苯的浓度最高，但均低于国家室内空气质量标准的阈值，也低于国外医院室内空气BTEX的浓度。

Zn contents in roots and thalluses of duckweed in vivo increased significantly with increase of Zn concentration in solution at 0-5 mg/L Zn. When Zn concentration was higher than 5 mg/L, Zn accumulation in duckweed was no more increased significantly. And, the plant was damaged by excessive Zn.

结果表明：在Zn浓度为5 mg/L时，浮萍生物量并没有受到明显的影响，表现出较强的抗性；SOD酶活性也最高，表明清除氧自由基的能力也较强；Zn的积累随处理浓度增加而增加，在5 mg/L Zn处理时，也基本达到饱和，超过该浓度，吸收量则无明显的变化，同时浮萍也明显受到伤害。
