The flume experiments of equilibrium concentration in water and slurry have been done to determine the function between the kinetic friction angle and internal friction angle. The equilibrium concentration of debris flow calculated by the function between the kinetic friction angle and internal friction angle is quite close the equilibrium concentration data of debris flow in field.

通过实验确定以颗粒浓度和颗粒最大体积浓度为主的动磨擦角与静磨擦角的函数关系式，以该关系式计算的泥石流运动的均衡浓度与泥石流原型资料很接近。

Based on the detailed analysis of a variety of factors affecting stability of taxol production in Taxus cells, it was discovered that initial cell density and the relevant concentrations of substrates, elicitors and precursors significantly affected stability of taxol production; farther study showed that addition of elicitors at appropriate cellular state was the key to steadily improve taxol yield, especially, the proper cellular state was at the end of lag phase and at the beginning of the stationary phase, which was also proved by the cellular ultrastructure.

对影响红豆杉细胞紫杉醇产量稳定性的各类因素进行详细分析，发现细胞的接种密度以及与之相适应的培养基的基质浓度、诱导子浓度和前体浓度是影响紫杉醇产量稳定的重要因素；进一步研究发现，选择细胞处于合适的状态时加入诱导子是稳定提高紫杉醇产量的关键，细胞合适状态特别是延迟期末和稳定期初最合适，细胞状态的超微结构观察结果也证明了这一点；同时研究发现采用合适的同步化处理获得的细胞初始周期时相加入诱导子与紫杉醇产量稳定密切相关，且以低温同步化处理得到的细胞周期的分裂中期相的细胞加入诱导子不仅大大提高了紫杉醇的产量，而且诱导子加入时间大大缩短，有利于大大提高紫杉醇生产率。

The Zn concentration in leaf and leafstalk increased with increasing Zn supply from 0 to 160 mgL^(-1), but had no increase or even decreased when the Zn supply was higher than 160 mgL^(-1). The Zn concentration in root exhibited a positive correlation with Zn supply and its exposure time, and the kinetic curve of Zn uptake fitted linear-quadratic model, i.e., fast linear uptake first and slow saturation uptake later, with the dividing point at about 1-2 hours' exposure, which could be related with the Zn adsorption on root cell wall and the Zn transportation across the cell membrane.

We also found that the content of Na(superscript +), K(superscript +) and proline in leaves varied with different treated days. Under all treatments, the absorption of Na(superscript +) increased and the content of proline in leaves decreased with the prolonging of treated days. The absorption of K(superscript +) measured on the 7th day and the 21st day increased and was restrained on the 14th day, which lead to the decline of K(superscript +)/Na(superscript +) ratio. While the content of praline measured on the 14th day remarkably increased with the increase of salinity. Our experiment indicated the live oak seems to adapt the salt stress by increasing the absorption of K(superscript +) during the earliest and late stages of salt stress and accumulating proline in leaves during the middle stage of salt stress.

同时发现，盐胁迫处理不同时期对叶片脯氨酸含量和Na、K含量的影响各不相同，在处理7d和21d时，叶片对Na和K的吸收量均有增加，使K/Na维持相对稳定的比值，而脯氨酸含量随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加减少；在处理第14d时，对Na吸收增加的同时，抑制了对K的吸收，导致K/Na比值随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加而迅速下降，而此时叶片脯氨酸含量随着盐质量质量浓度的增加而迅速增加，表明在盐胁迫早期和晚期，弗栎可能通过增加对K的吸收以减轻Na离子毒害效应，而在盐胁迫中期，叶片积累脯氨酸是适应盐胁迫的方式之。

Methods: In accordance with conventional reporter gene analysis reagent preparation method, the main component Luciferase, Luciferin and ATP were serial diluted to find the optimal concentration; Reaction solution was prepared according to the optimal concentration of the main component, then ATP were serial diluted to measure their reporter gene. Then standard curve of ATP were drawed. Tumor cell lines H1299 were serial diluted and their ATP were measured by reaction solution prepared to analyse the minimum cell number.

In our study, we found menadione has anticancer potential on human breast adenocarcinoma MDA MB 231 by weather cell cycle arrest, anti proliferation, or apoptosis. Low concentration of menadione (5.8μM) significant inhibited growth curve on breast cancer cells (MDA MB 231) but not breast cells (MCF 10A) by performing MTT and trypan blue cell counting. RT-PCR and western blotting showed menadione increase p21 gene and protein expressions but decrease cyclin E and CDK2 protein expression resulting in cell cycle G0/G1 arrest by flow cytometry.

MTT及生长曲线的实验，发现menadione在低浓度且长时间作用情况下，对在於人类乳腺上皮细胞癌(MDA-MB 231)是有明显的抑制作用，而在正常乳腺细胞(MCF-10A)则没有影响，在分子转录上及蛋白质表现方面也发现低浓度menadione处理24时能使MDA-MB 231诱发p21基因及蛋白表现量增加及cyclin E、CDK2抑制，再经由流式细胞仪分析也发现低浓度 menadione 处理24小时能使MDA-MB 231细胞周期GO/G1比例上升，造成细胞周期停滞，进而抑制细胞生长。

The method on trans fatty acids analysis in food is very important. The effects of methylate sodium, potassium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and boron trifluoride in methanol and their different concentration and dosage on TFA analysis were studied. The chromatographic condition and the influence of time and temperature on the esterifation of TFA using boron trifluoride in methanol were optimized. A method for analyzing TFA were established by GC based on boron trifluoride in methanol and RT-2560(100m×0.25mm×0.2μm) capillary column.
