This paper presents the surveyed results of some typical moraine slopes along the highway. A laser profiler and a total station were used in the topographical survey. It is obvious that the slopes are high and steep, but they are stable.

作者对川藏公路沿线部分典型的剖面进行了量测，所量测的剖面虽然只是整个斜坡的一部分，与经验数据相比，仍表现出高陡的特征，而且很多边坡在既高且陡的形态下仍能保持稳定。

视觉检测信号的前端处理技术 1、系统地分析了视觉检测算法层次性特点和计算特点，提出了提高视觉检测信号处理速度的基本方案：采用前端处理系统，自动识别被测物体在获取图像中的位置，并将真正有用的被测物体的边缘坐标值，提供给计算机，作进一步的高精度处理； 2、系统研究了实时图像硬件处理的设计基本方法，提出了基于FPGA的视觉检测信号的低级处理算法硬件实现模块化模型； 3、提出了一种新的基于FPGA的模板匹配并行模块化结构，解决了二维图像处理高带宽要求，在几毫秒内就可以在按扫描顺序输入图像中找到检测目标物体的位置； 4、采用FPGA内部的可配置逻辑块实现了128×8移位寄存器的设计，解决了大容量移位寄存器与FPGA内部寄存器数量之间的矛盾，实现了两行图像的延迟。

Results (1) The forward and reverse subtracted cDNA libraries of different metastastic potential large cell lung cancer cell lines were successfully constructed;(2) With blue-white colony and dot blot, 307 positive clones in the forward subtracted library and 78 positive clones in the reverse subtracted library were obtained;(3) 55 clones were successfully sequenced in the forward subtracted library. Homolog analysis confirmed 23 differential expression segments, which were similar to the human genes already known, including NME2, NPM1, MT 2A, HSPE1, TAFIA, EPRS, PX19 and EIF3S9 et al;(4) 31 clones were successfully sequenced in the reverse subtracted library. Homolog analysis confirmed 16 differentially expressed segments. 15 of them were similar to the human genes already known, including ANXA2, TUBB, PKN2, GNAS, EEF1A1, SSR2 and RPLPO et al. Only one segment had partial homology to known human genes. This segment was supposed to be the new EST segments which might not have been cloned.

结果(1)成功构建人大细胞肺癌高低转移株差异表达基因正向消减cDNA文库和反向消减cDNA文库；(2)经蓝白菌落筛选和斑点杂交，正向消减文库获得307个阳性克隆，反向消减文库获得78个阳性克隆；(3)正向消减文库挑选55个克隆成功测序，经同源性分析最终确定差异表达基因片段23个与已知人类全长基因具有很高相似性(95％～100％)，这些基因包括NME2、NPM1、MT2A、HSPE1、TAFlA、EPRS、PX19和EIF3S9等；(4)反向消减文库挑选31个克隆成功测序，经同源性检索和比对最终确定差异表达基因片段16个，其中15个与人类全长基因具有很高相似性(95％～100％)，包括ANXA2、TUBB、PKN2、GNAS、EEF1A1、SSR2和RPLPO等基因。1个片段和己知人类基因仅有部分相似性，表明它可能是未被克隆的人类基因EST片段。

But the data analysis is relied on experience and statistics in a certain extent, so sometimes it makes big errors. Daniudi gas field is a low permeable gas field, the pressure buildup slowly. The measured formation static pressure is low and the flow pressure is high, so the calculated unresisted flow is high.

特别是大牛地气田属于低渗透气藏，压力恢复缓慢，所测的地层静压值偏低，求产开井3天以上多数井测取不到稳定的流压，所取流压值偏高，计算的无阻流量均偏高。

The mothod is simple, quick, acurate. In all of the samples, the contents of echinacoside is markedly more than that of acteoside, the content of the two active component in the wilding is higher than that in the planting. The content of sample in the different sizes gradually increase from the big to the small, and the contents of samples collected from the different hosts vary markedly. These results are useful for the quality evaluation of medicinal materials of C. tubulosa .

本法用于管花肉苁蓉的测定简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好，所测样品中有效成分松果菊苷比毛蕊花糖苷的含量均高，野生种的2种有效成分含量均比栽培种的高，将样品以个体长度分成大、中、小3种不同样品，所测结果表示其含量按大、中、小依次增加，不同寄主间的含量差异很大，为评价管花肉苁蓉的药材质量提供一定的依据。

In Naiman country, Inner Mongolia, the experimental area, the hyperspectral imaging spectrometer data in plant growth seasons are collected by state-produced airborne hyperspectral imaging spectrometer OMIS-I, and the ETM+ image is also obtained. Meanwhile, ground investigation and measurement are made, which include the measurement on reflection feature of different kinds of geo-targets and the ground investigation data necessary for spectral rebuilding and retrieval models of the appraisable factors of desertification monitoring.
